very pleased with our new oven

The racks in this oven move easily, it's also easy to look through and see how things are cooking in the oven. The oven also cleans easily.

If the roller rack is not extending, or the standard racks are not easily removable I recommend taking advantage of your warranty by having a GE Appliance technician properly diagnose and repair your appliance.
