It took a little getting used to the changes from Modern Warfare, but this is a very solid entry in the CoD line. The zombies mode is a lot of fun. I originally played this on my Xbox One and then upgraded to the Series X when I could buy one. It was very good on the One, but the Series X version is amazing. The lighting and textures have so much more "pop". And the load speeds are downright amazing on the SSD.

Great gameplay. Love the campaign and multiplayer. Warzone and Zombies are my favorite.

I think this is one of the best call of duty games i have played it has a great campaign and a great multi player game as well not t ok mention the gun reloads and graphics are top notch.

I’m a huge Call of Duty fan and this was a nice game to get especially with the next gen consoles. I have yet to play multiplayer but the campaign was really good in my opinion. I won’t lie though the 150GB update is rather tedious so have a care with space when downloading this game but all in all I’m happy with the game and if you’re a COD fan you would be too.

It's a real good game, but is sometimes a bit buggy. The Zombie's mode is great because the Zombies put a lot of pressure on you in a way that is fun. There's a good variety of weapons, but sometimes I feel that there's less than there should be like the baseball bat that is very rare. The graphics are pretty good.

Purchased as a gift for our son. So far he loves it. Awesome game! Amazing graphics and runs smooth. He is playing on a Series X and so far, no bugs. Story picks up from the last Black ops. Would recommend.

Enjoying it a lot more than Black Ops 4 which I returned after a week. Good follow up to Modern Warfare Great visual graphics but there are some minor glitches. Maps are good not great. Overall its worth the buy but not blown away.

My favorite Call of Duty campaign to date. Great graphics and great storyline. Hands down best Zombies then another COD game as well. Still partial to Warzone on the Latest Modern Warfare, so I haven’t dived into its multiplayer enough to review.

This is the first Black Ops game I own and the image and gameplay quality is great. The campaign is a bit short but full of adventure and fun gameplay. At the end of the day its another COD game.

Game campaign is great, but the multiplayer part kinda lacks to me. Zombies is fun. Game ran fine for the most part on my XSX, but did crash a couple times during play. Overall it's just "ok".

Campaign is pretty fun, my only complaint is that it's short but good nonetheless. Multi-player gets ruined by skilled based match making. Zombies are pretty easy but fun with friends.

I like the story with this game. The zombies are a nice touch. PvP never changes. Still worth the price for story and Zombies.

Story wash meh, multiplayer is good, enjoyable but feels like your typical call of duty. However, zombies in this one is AMAZING!!! They did a great job with that !

This was a very interesting story with great use of Cold War and spy tactics. Compelling storyline and awesome multiplayer game play even though the download size is MASSIVE.

Great game and great Christmas gift, lucky for me I was able to score a Xbox Series X console. They will enjoy playing this on their new system many times! Graphics are top notch!

Game play is good however there are a lot of glitches on the Xbox Series X. I wish they would wait to release these games and work the bugs out before launch.

Great game to play with friends!! It also has a fun campaign!! It’s not much different than the other ones, but it’s good to keep up with the new and not be left behind!!!

Great graphics, story and playability! Only glitch is Zombies. Very glitchy for 2 players but it’s a known issue (I think) and hopefully it’ll be fixed in an update soon.

Great game so far. Minor bugs that they will fix before season 1 begins. I’m just excited for this new warzone coming along with season 1. Zombies is fun and campaign is great.
