This is my first experience with CoD. My brother had it and talked me into it. I will admit that I did not enjoy it much at first and really hated a few of the game types. After a while though, I found Zombie's and Hardcore Team Death Match. Between these two game modes, I have put in over 150 hours and have no plans to stop. I know many people do not like the futuristic style, but I really think it adds just enough something to make it a ton of fun. When I am not doing so well in multiplayer, I will run a few matches of Zombies. Again, I was new to this, so it took some time to figure out, but now I will go an hour without even noticing. Tons of fun. Lastly, the $15 expansion was well worth it. I love the new levels for both Multiplayer and Zombies!

This game has campaign, multiplayer and zombies. The game allows you to run along the side of the wall - kind of like Titanfall. You also have special abilities to use based on which "specialist" character you choose.

Multiplyer is a lot better than I expected. The only COD MP that I've enjoyed is COD Modern Warfare (hands down the best), World at War, Black Ops and now Black Ops 3. Campaign seems okay so far. I played through the first two levels and it didn't impress, but it seems to now "open" up once you hit the third level. We'll, see, but I'm assuming the campaign will be fun enough like previous entries. Zombies....not my thing at all. Pros: good maps balanced guns and perks. ove that the lunging melee is gone. game variety is plenty Scorestreaks don't feel too overpowered or annoying as in previouis games to me Cons: P2P servers....still. Come on Activision and get some dedicated servers. Dumb "bro" tough guy after game cut scenes Bad in-game commentary from characters (thankfully, you can turn it off in Options).

Soo much content! Its' essentially three games in one (Multiplayer, Campaign, Zombies). DLC is a must for hardcore fans. The grind for dark matter, Hero Armor, and Master Prestige was fun! I love this game!

This is a really great game! Not only is the campaign a blast but you have an entire zombies campaign and then an interesting take on the original zombies. Then, of course, you have online play. Fun times.

If you like games with twists and turns, where every move you make determines your ending, don't look here. Although I do enjoy those types of games, Black Ops III is all about action and gameplay. Each mission keeps you at the edge of your seat and keeps you wanting more. You're sprinting and blasting everything in your path in one stage and then you're tip-toeing and sniping your way out of trouble in another. The game has great game play variation and the story, although linear, is awesome. I'd say a good 8-14 hours (depending on difficulty level) to beat it if you're trying to schedule your life around this game. I don't play multi-player so I can't review anything on that. Oh and...ZOMBIES!

If you have friends that play this (online) its easy now to invite them to zombies and multiplayer. Campaign is up to 4 people like World at War. Zombies is a great size for a default map. Campaign maps are great too.

I've owned the previous Black Ops games, but I think this one has greater re-playability. It has an engaging campaign, a cool alternate campaign mode, the zombies are cool, and of course the multiplayer is great.

This has to be in my top 4 CODs of all time. Treyarch never seem to disappoint. A Solid Campaign, great multiplay and the oh so addictive zombies mode make this game a 9/10 in my book!

Graphics are amazing, game play and plot is high quality as always. Added new feature called nightmares so it combines story line and zombies. Can play main story co-op which is nice.

Waited to purchase my Xbox to bundle it with the games release. Great decision. Game is phenomenal, haven't put it down, even though I have a new Halo game. I can't tell you about the campaign because I only play it for the online multiplayer. Zombies is also really fun. My only complaint is the fact you need to purchase COD points. Just charge what you want to charge for the extra slots pack, or whatever else you want to sell. It's also an option now, to use points instead of crypto keys to get use in the black market for a rare supply drop. Overall though, I'm glad I purchased the game, I haven't been able to put it down and play another, so that should tell you how fun this game is.

But still not great. May have been a better buy for my PS4. Pretty comprehensive package though. Campaign Co op Campaign Zombies Multiplayers and the campaign with zombies that's pretty robust.

Much better than the last call of duty advanced warfare and ghosts. This game own't disappoint if you are into the Call of Duty franchise. Plus an awesome zombies mode where you can level up!

i was very excited for black ops 3, come on there's zombies and 4 player co-op campaign. the game overall is very good and the story to it is very good in details

I will admit I generally hate FPS games. But, I have played several campaign missions so far, albeit on the easiest mode to get me used to the controls, and I'm loving it. Previously the only FPS I have played was Advanced Warfare and then, only zombie mode, because I hated multiplayer. They have outdone themselves by setting up campaign with an online co-op mode. It makes it much more fun to help out friends. Also, being able to play online deathmatches and set paramaters where you play against AI and not other people is a great way to learn the maps and have fun with your online buddies!

Great game for anyone who is interested in first person shooters. From online multiplayer to zombies to campaign all around a very good game.

This game is very action packed from the campaign, multiplayer, and zombies. It's like owning three different games in one that will keep you busy for days.

It has been several years since I purchased a new Call of Duty game. It didn't take all that long for me to get burned out by the series. I was, however, intrigued by some of the new mechanics that Advanced Warfare brought to the series, and when I found out the Black Ops 3 would take place in roughly the same time period, I figured I would have to try it for myself. Single player is actually pretty solid, multiplayer introduces a class-based system that is somewhat akin to Destiny in my opinion, and zombies is better than it has ever been. Definitely worth the buy.

This game is really addictive, from the campaign to the multiplayer and even the zombies.. can't go wrong with this must-have game..

I like the campaign story plot. The graphics, maps, and modes are awesome!! When exploring for achievements, it's helpful there's an achievement icon that pops up to let you know where it is when you are at a certain range of it. I am so bad at this game, even though I own other COD games, I consider myself new to FPS games but it is a very fun game to play when you're bored or have some energy (by that I mean anger or anxiety) to burn. And hey...I'm getting better! Great game, overall, I would recommend. :)
