    I was beyond impressed with the helpful service that I received. The computer listed two cookbooks were available. When others were unable to locate them, he got a fellow employee to watch the front desk and got them for me. His name was Stephon (not sure of the spelling).

    I'm rating because I bought it and benefit from its use. It is my wife who is in love with her Ninja Air Fryer (also bought at BestBuy) and who loves experimenting using it. I am not the user but am the benefactor.
