Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Select the dishes you want to try, then buy whatever additional pans you need. I am starting at the beginning of the book and doing each recipe I selected In order as they appear. It is a new way of cooking and it is an easy way to get started. I like what I have tried.
