Do not purchase this product. The manufacturer warranty only applies through purchases made through the companies website. I've had this product for 9 months and used it maybe five times. Enjoyed it while it worked but last night I smelt an electrical smell from the control unit. After letting it sit as recommended in the manual the unit did not work. If you do buy this make sure you get the Best Buy warranty so you are covered.

First couple of weeks it work perfectly but after a month using it now theres no power on it and i cant return it anymore. What a waste of money.

Only worked one time and has not turned back on. This was great the one time it worked.

[Employee of bestbuy] Got this for Christmas and I was only able to use it 2-3 times before it stopped working. Went through troubleshooting process from manual, contacting the manufacturer and they refused to help in any way because I bought it from Best Buy and not directly through them.

High risk that it will break after using a while. Got an error code F - stoped working.

I’m 6’2” and I can fit nicely up the neck. The heat is real and does the job. My wife got sauna bags online and we used them instead of leaving all the sweat there. I like it.

This must be a lemon. Worked 1x and now throws a failure code. It will not reset. Purchased brand new. Total waste. Don’t buy. Sharper Image is selling faulty items.

Easy to use. Would recommend to friends. Bought on Black Friday super deal.
