    Heavily constructed. Non stick coating is thickly and richly applied. Dishwasher save which it love. It's quite large (13 in.) and deep (being nearly wok sized) you could even deep fry in it without a problem or just cook up some hamburgers or hot dogs. So it can be use it for many different cooking applications. Great pan.
