I was surprised when i unboxed this one. It was packaged well and none of the pieces were damaged. The veneer is textured and seems to be of high quality. All of the hardware is decent also. I had a small issue with the hinges on the right side not lining up with the pre-drilled holes, but i just left one of the 4 screws out and was able to get everything to work. The fireplace heater does as well as can be expected, although it's a little loud.

It took me 3 hrs to put together by myself. The instructions are easy to follow. All parts are made well. No nicks, no scratches. I turn on the fireplace every night since I got the stand. It gives a cozy feeling and looks great. In case you can't already tell .... I am super happy with this purchase!

I purchased for a good price with many reviews prior to. I'm glad I went with my first instinct to get it. I'm very pleased with final product as it also accommodates my new 82" television.
