    Don’t buy. Period. Bought this and had it shipped, opened the box and had pieces missing. Called support from Best Buy and couldn’t get the missing part from the manufacturer, nor could I even find a support number. I have to now to drive an hour and a half back to Best Buy to hopefully return this piece of junk.

    Took me about 2 hours to assemble it and the end it didn’t even work . The heater worked but the led flames didn’t turn on . So disappointed

    This item is not good it's not 30 I have a small one bedroom apartment I have this item in my living room with the living room being small it does not heat like I thought it would it's price way too hard for the capability of it completely unsatisfied ready to send back to manufacturer

    This stand was damaged in delivery. Impossible to get to my house. They rescheduled and brought me damaged items FIVE times. This process was over a month of me having to call best buy myself, wait on hold, and reschedule this delivery every week because they continued to be damaged tv stands. Not worth the hassle at all. Ended up cancelling the purchase as it a waste of my time.

    I cancelled this order! It was never shipped from the supplier. I was never notified of this when no one showed up for delivery. After this happened I called as to why I didn't get it delivered, I went to the store and changed my order.

    Its ok dor the price? Quality is good there are some issues with workmanship though some improvements can he made with assembly like better fitting joints etc! An assembly NIGHTMARE though!!! Took 2 people over 2 hour to assemble it!! A zillion pieces!!! Definitely not a piece that yoyr average person or single mom can handle!!!
