These are great security cameras, the app is easy to use and the cameras are very easy to set up.

It was very easy to set up and use. The notifications are efficient.

Needed a camera that I can view on my mobile device along with notifications. I looked into getting a professional system installed and just didn’t want to spend $1,500. So I looked into the simple solution this camera. It works and yes folks are giving it bad reviews for having to pay for extra service. This still beats paying $1,500 plus. If your looking for simple added security this is it.

We have this place on carport snd its super clear and the volume is perfect.

Purchased this security webcam for my sister's apartment. Yes it is wireless and can be used outdoors. It's a great camera. Yes it records video but if you want to watch more than 10 second clips, Canary wants you to pay them a monthly fee. If you don't mind that then this will work for you otherwise look for non subscription cameras.

This product is not user friendly and to make it worse they have a nonexistent customer service. I wanted to change the wifi I had set it up to and no one was able to help me. You have to email customer service and they resond days later asking if you are still having the issue. Product has good video quality but is not user friendly at all. And you have to pay to keep footage. Would have never brought this camera if I knew O had to pay monthly to review video footage.

This camera does exactly what I want with no problems

Very nice wide angle view. Clear view at night. I love that you can set it up on the app to alert you when people or motion is detected. This is my second one purchased. I am putting this on in the garage. I have the Canary view and I think the garage is too hot for the view so I bought this one. This one is an indoor/outdoor camera.

Chose this model because of the indoor / outdoor options to go with indoor View model I already use.

This camera works great when its plugged in. If you unplug it and use battery mode it stays in "battery save mode" until something moves in front of it. By the time it senses movement, turns on and starts recording......you'll be lucky to catch the back of the perp's head as they are leaving your house with all your belongings!

I have 2 security camera systems at home: 1 Arlo Pro and 1 Canary Flex.   Arlo Pro gives you 7 days of cloud, alarm, the option of setting the camera on a customized schedule, downloading its application for PC, 2-way talking mic/spkr, downloading the videos for FREE. Canary Flex gives only 24 hours of cloud and you have to pay 10 dollars/month for having access to all the features. BIG SCAM!! Arlo Pro camera gives far much better quality picture than Canary Flex even though they both are 720p, the first one is brighter, more vivid colors.  In the darkness the first one gives you an amazing view while the second one is undistinguishable dark.  Arlo Pro camera picks the slightest sound, you can hear clearly through the camera people talking up to 12'.  Arlo Pro camera system has gone off-line just once in a month while Canary Flex has being going off line at least a couple of times a day.  Since both cameras are wireless they both lard (they're supposed to) but Canary Flex much more.  Arlo Pro sent you a notification immediately as soon as motion was detected. Canary Flex sends you a notification 1-2 minutes after motion was detected. Arlo Pro camera can be turned on while it's battery is being charged and it takes 2 hours for getting fully charged. Canary Flex camera has to be off and it takes at least 7 hours to get fully charged. Arlo Pro camera shows you the exact % of the battery life left, the exact % of the battery reached when it's getting charged and it also has a blue light that indicates you when it's been fully charged. Canary Flex doesn't, it just shows you an icon of full battery, half, or dead. The only good thing I find about Canary Flex over Arlo Pro is that its lens gives you a bigger panoramic view than Arlo's (but not better quality). Initially Canary Flex seemed cheaper than Arlo Pro but at the end it resulted more expensive because of the monthly charge. If you wanna have access to all the camera features you have to pay. I'm still on trial period with Canary Flex camera so I'm definitely gonna return it.
