The it’s responsive and has good clarity but the one thing I would want is to disable the night vision because I want to capture ambient night light and it doesn’t allow you to disable it but I like it for what it is.

I purchased this camera to catch a suspected thief at my office. The camera and base are magnetic allowing you to easily place it on many surfaces without mounting. It’s compact and can be easily hidden. The motion sensing works great. Picture is very clear. Easy to setup. The battery last about 10 days.

This is a great product if you're in the market for an extra layer of security. The picture quality during daytime and night vision is exceptional. I highly recommend this product!!

I've demo'ed and used a lot of security cameras, these are some of the HIGHEST quality cameras you can get. However, when unplugged the battery life isn't as good as I wish.

Having purchased many Wi-Fi cameras and returned many of them, this one seems to be living up to my expectations. I have yet to try it without the cord yet, but the picture is clear. The only down fall, which others have said, is that if you want good nighttime vision, you must put it outside or have a light that illuminates that area. I have noted that when my flood lights are tripped, I do get a decent video feed. I like the alerts and you can set the sensitivity. You can opt to pay for a very low yearly membership and you get a month trial for free.

I bought this camera to add to the security of my home. It is a cloud based system where you can only access the recorded movement that it detects automatically. The $100 annual charge to use this camera to its fullest ability is ridiculous. The movement detection only works when it wants to and will not pick up everything even at its highest sensitivity setting. This camera probably works best within a range of only 10 or so feet so don’t expect it to work well in an application where you need to read a license plate or something from your house to the street or anything like that. The supposed HD quality is blurry at a distance more than 10’-20’ away. The battery was great the first couple of weeks and then went to having to be charged after only a few days time. I can’t recommend this camera for anyone looking for a serious and functional security system.

Initial set up was easy. Did not have any problems the first week. Then we started noticing connection issues when our Wi-Fi had great signal. We also noticed that the camera turned itself on in the early morning hours (2 am) when we were not using it. Not sure how frequently that is occurring. We have caught the camera light up white like it is on when we could not get a connection/view a picture because we were home and troubleshooting. We did write a complaint to Canary and have not heard anything back about the connection issues or the camera turning itself on. We use the free service and I’m not sure if this is part of the problem. We use it to watch our dogs as we have some behavioral issues and it seems to be adequate for that since it has sound as well as picture. Have considered returning because it was an expensive camera for the issues we have been having

I purchased a camera to be a nanny cam but it did not work out because every time you try to link in from your phone example my husband went to the store and was trying to see how the camera was working I was at the house and I could hear click click click click click also there is a light that goes around in a circle over and over again very bright so for a nanny cam this is not a good camera at all if you want someone to know that you are recording them and you like lots of noises and lots of Lights this is the effect for you however the purpose of the nanny cam was just to check in on our child while the babysitter was there without being noticed true we could hide it in a teddy bear which we were going to do but that still doesn't acclimate for every time you try to watch live video that it makes a noise a clicking noise we also experienced problems trying to connect to it from being out of the house the picture however when we could get in was a decent quality not the best but decent so if you're looking for just a camera and don't care how much noise and how many lights it like you're in a club this is the camera for you but as far as a nanny camera or a hidden camera this is definitely not a camera to use

From other reviews it's apparent that wireless cameras all experience to some degree the issues I have noticed. Slow response , connectivity or lack thereof and battery life. The $100 a year I pay for cloud storage through the Canary company is questionable due to the aforementioned issues. If I could do over my camera system , I would choose wired. Their design looks great when mounted.

Nice security camera overall. As with any do it yourself projects, there are give and takes. Notifications are fairly quick, but I found they do not always work on lower sensitivity settings. Video quality is pretty good, but the live video is delayed. I wanted to place one right outside my front door, but wireless will reach. I have not checked the battery life. I like the camera design and size. Blends in well where I have it placed. As of this review, the 2 way voice has not been activated. Hopefully Canary will release this soon.

Bought this for a nursing home for my mother. Wireless. Easy to install. Works thru an app.

Super easy to set up and mount. You do have to charge it every week or do.

Makes great videos and was easy to set up Just don't loose your key code

I am loving this can. It really is as advertised. Automatically activates in away mode once I leave my place. Makes a cool bird noise when there is movement at my place when I am not there.

I had to return it! I was looking for a camera to place over my driveway so I bought it because it estimated battery life wire free for about two weeks. Having it fully charged and running it on normal settings, unit would only last me two or three days. Not ideal for me to be having to put up a ladder and be going up and down every two days! That was the only issue for me...other than that, I liked the quality and easiness of the app use and set up. If you are able to have it plugged inside and run the wire outside to its plugged in, I would recommend it. Only the magnetic part of the charging cable is for outdoor use. The usb power adapter is not recommended for outdoor use.

Great quality. Love the magnetic aspects as well. Battery isn’t that great.

Like the flex for its indoor outdoor options and ease of use.

I like it but it could be better. I do enjoy it but sometimes the video is quite choppy.
