For the price I am happy with the quality of video that streams to my phone. Fairly easy to set up and subscription not required. Night vision is good

I had a little bit of trouble getting it set up. But a lot of that was user error. The only thing I don't like about it and why only 4 stars, is in order to do two way talk you have to get a membership for $99 a year or $9.99 monthly. I couldn't even use the two way talk option before purchasing the membership to make sure it would work for me. I needed this to monitor a new dog we got. I like it. I just think that $200 for the Product then $99 for the membership to be able to use the product is a little over the top.

Love to be able to see what is happening when we are gone but I find it to be unreliable at times. I danced around the driveway (it was positioned outside) just to see the quality and it did not detect me at alI so I do random checks to verify if it recorded coming and going activities. I find that it does not detect activity way too frequently and therefore I do not have the confidence that it will be there for me if I ever really need it for the intended purpose of security.

Due to the fact that I did not get the ones I wanted, the result of the vendor's indication instead of the other, was very low quality. But I will take care of this next time in other Place.

Camera appears to be good. The battery life and signal strength show up on the screen. Night vision could be a little better. I leave a light on where the camera faces..

The camera picture is very clear but falls offline repeatedly.

Night vision seems no more than day vision camera with a light shining, 5' visibility maybe. By the time this problem has declared itself, you may like me be beyond the peckish 15 day full refund policy.

Really enjoy the capability of home monitoring. The picture quality is good and like its low profile. There is however a few second delay between an event happening and you actually receiving it live which may not be specific to this camera, but also without a subscription, video clips get cut short and sometimes are completely non existent. For instance, I’ve witnessed someone arrive to my home, but departure was never captured so no time stamp either.

Unfortunately, this item is hard to attach to anything without a drill (not everyone has a drill) and once you do get it up, someone can easily steal it. It's only held up by a screw. Not everyone lives in a house. I live in an apartment and want something to catch people leaving their garbage on my property. Its not worth almost $200 either. I returned this item.

Great camera to add to existing Canary system. Easy install just wish they would come up with solar powered unit that works with flex outdoors

I like this camera and that it is wireless and can be charged. I am still trying to figure out the app with it. Sometimes it notifies me of activity when I am not home and sometimes it doesn't. The recording also appears to be delayed about 30 seconds so I usually only see the back of my kids as they walk out the door or once someone is already in the house rather than the person that comes to the door. I have not found a setting in the app and need to see if that is something that can be adjusted on my end.

Easy to use, great videos, no monthly fee! Only issue would be its need to be fairly close to WiFi router.

Easy to set up. Easy to use. Pretty smart camera. I use it indoors and it works exactly as intended.

Already have two regular canary security cameras in two different states. Like the ability to see our homes when we are away. Temperature feature also alerted us when AC went out. Bought flex because it's weather proof. I don't think the picture with flex is as good as the regular canary but it is okay. I actually used the indoor version outside prior to buying flex but built a box to protect it. Thought the flex would solve that weather issue. I'd still buy it again but wished it had same clear picture as the indoor camera.

Very easy to use, moves easily and great clarity. Nice sleek design.

This is my 6th Canary as I keep adding to enhance the security of my home and office. The system has already prevented an incident with its smart alerts. Highly recommend.
