Indoor camera that runs on battery built in. Charges fast last long.

I bought this to monitor my front porch. VERY EASY to install, hook up and connect to the app. Great picture and covers the area I need it to. The only slight con is that it has a slight delay in "live" video. The ability to talk to people through the built in speaker is still not available.

The camera is detachable from the base. This is not ideal for outdoor applications. Perfect indoor cam! Also, battery life was not as advertised.

Easy setup, clear image. Great addition to the traditional canary camera. Sometimes my wifi is a little slow to connect but it is very sharp once it does. The only restriction is getting near a power source for constant video.

I really like this more expensive canary camera it is well worth the additional money upgrades for its flexibility and range. I really like the Canary system towards ease-of-use and dependability.

Battery is long lasting. If used exterior, would recommend mounting in high, out of reach location because it would be prone to getting stolen or knocked off its mounting base since it is only connected to the mounting base by a strong magnet.

I'm very happy with this purchase. It works as expected and it as described. For what I use it for surveillance of the front door it runs on battery for at-least a week. Easy to set up and sync with my smart phone.

Purchased this after items were stolen from my car twice in a two week period - the feature that captures motion and starts recording wasn't quick enough to actually capture a person or car moving into the field of view. Picture quality was much lower than expected for price as well. Ended up returning this and going with Arlo pro 2 which was about a hundred dollars more than this model but included a second camera and the software is far superior.

The most recent change on the free membership is really ridiculous. User can only review a 10 seconds footage instead of full video, thus you will see something little too late. For example, the footage showed an intruder is already inside your house, instead of when they open the door or try to enter the house.

This is one of the best cameras out there. You don't need to have a membership. You get alerts each time of movement happen at home. Price is not bad but it could be better that will be early for all items...

I was already a Canary person and when we purchased our new home in another state the Canary Flex was the first camera that came to mind to use. We were so impressed with the quality pictures coming through as well as the notifications we were getting.

Love the product. Easy to set up but you need to purchase monthly subscription to get the most out of it.

The system works fine for what it is but would like love updates when someone activate the motion sensor and better access to WiFi extender for this camera in particular

Live feed is great, but it misses a lot of movement in away mode. I had a lot of deliveries over the Holidays that weren't detected by the camera.

Having a hard time to get it to record video even with the $99 membership it’s not 100% functions the way of like. But as an easy way to monitor the house without having to see who’s ringing he doorbell it does it’s job.

Since installing these cameras we have noticed that our WiFi has been significantly lagging. Very unfortunate as they are amazing besides that deal breaker...

The Canary Flex is a good affordable security that you can use to monitor your home however you must have a strong wifi connection or the camera will miss or skip over activity.

These cameras constantly go “offline” and/or “low battery” warnings. The app is okay at best. Battery life states up to 9mo, plan on more like 3 days at best. Now, I have 400mbs internet on new eero mesh networks, I am pretty tech savvy and have tweaked the app to try and get best results, and if I am having this many issues, I can’t imagine the everyday consumer having a good experience with these cameras.

Unfortunately it struggles with connectivity and will now not hold a charge or charge fully for remote use.
