Great security camera. Monitors home for intruders, air quality I.e. Smoke, temperatutre and humidity. There is also night vision and siren in it. The only problem is you not only must have wi-fi enabled at home but also where you are traveling. There are many places around without wi-fi so you cannot check out your home. It does send notices via cell phone. Poor documentation and or help.

Videos are very crisp and clear. This unit does have some intermittent connectivy issues however.

Good camera coverage of all openings to outside. One complaint is the consistency of learning activities being home and away - will disarm when set to arm. Wish it would send the alert faster. Over all pleased.

I didn't have high hopes for an at home security camera...my concerns were battery vs. dedicated power, wifi bandwidth vs Ethernet, image quality. But i have to say i'm really impressed. The setup was simple, the image quality is excellent, the built in siren was a nice surprise.... if you are looking an interior security camera you should highly consider this. One note, the alerts....i have to tweak them a little more so i dont get alerts when i am home.

Looked at other cameras, but ended up buying this one. Very pleased with the quality. The video quality is awesome. Excellent Night vision mode. Love that it alerts me, via notification on my phone, that activity has been detected. Wish it had an SD spot for storage on the device.

Ran into problems with set up. When I went to add a second iPhone to the unit I sent the request as stated. When it asked for email and password I entered the email of the second iPhone which I found out to be a mistake. The real problems started when I tried to delete the second phone. It would not let me and kept giving error messages. Tech support is by email only. No chat or phone number. the turn around for any question was 12 hours. got frustrated and returned the unit.

Very happy with my Canary as it was so easy to set up and it does everything I expected to help with security of my house as well as to see what's happening in my house. Buy the multi-pack as you will want to have more than one of them for your house or business.

This is a must buy product! It is easy to use and install. You can control the camera from your phone. The camera picture quality is crystal clear, even at night. I highly recommend this product if you need something that is user friendly and easy to operate.

Easy to setup and connect to Wi-fi. No monitoring fee charge. Nice wide angle lens and good quality "vision" in complete darkness After setup and a trial period it became clear that you need to pay a service charge if you wish your videos to be kept. Also I ended up keeping the Canary on Privacy mode because it kept recording my wife and I in the living room. After paying a decent price, they still want to get you to upgrade to the Premium plan.

The camera works fine. Bought for mothers apartment. It picked up movements which is what we wanted. Things that we didn't care for is that the recordings stopped after 8-10 minutes and if there was still moments going on it still stopped the recording. Also canary charges fees for extended history keeping. Camera is good some things but probably not a home security type system for bigger homes. Meant more for single rooms or at a doorway.

I purchased this canary home security system to supplement my hard wired main security system that is already present in the house. The canary system gives me the ability to see whats going on when I am away. I also love the feature where I can monitor indoor temperature when I leave the house in the dead of winter for a vacation. This gives me peace of mind that the heating system is working properly.

The product is well built but still has some software issues. One of the bugs is sending an alert when the camera change to night vision. I enjoy being able to monitor my home away from home.

This camera is perfect for home use! Easy set-up, great quality picture, audio is great and the added features of temperature, humidity and air quality monitoring is good. It's easy to view recorded video and download the video you need for future use!

I LOVE this camera! We wanted a camera upstairs but didn't want to pay for installation. This "plug and play" camera is absolutely worth the price! The images are clear and setup is EASY!! What setup? Plug and go! I'm planning to buy another!
