It’s a great basic surveillance camera. Without subscription it can alert you at night to set hours if it spots anyone, but alert is not very effective, just does basic notification sounds. Can watch anytime you want. With subscription it is a little more usual.

Had a problem with one of my cameras. After almost 3 weeks of going back and forth with Canary they finally sent a new replacement camera. It took 3 days of more going back and forth to actually get it hooked up. BUT... yup, you guessed it... now the other 2 cameras got reset and won’t connect! Still trying to get all 3 working!

These cameras work great for keeping an eye on your pet at home! Day or night. Voice speaking not included in the purchase price is the only downfall. That’s an extra monthly subscription.

Bought it to check my mother who is 92 years old and works like a charm. Put one in her room and the other in the kitchen. Camera very accurate and very easy to install. Fully recommend it.

This camera is really good, you can see everything in hd format plus you can use the internal speaker. It switches from home mode to away mode by itself, you don't have to do nothing.

I have been using Canary products for a couple of years now, and I’m happy with these products. I’ve owned 3 or these cameras for my home, and wanted to buy a 4th camera for my RV.
I was told by Canary that I would have to purchase a separate service plan for this camera, because it was going to be set up at a different address from my home, so I decided to use a different camera for my RV, and I’m using this 4th camera at my home without paying an increase in my service plan.
You can use Canary products with or without a service plan, but without the plan, some of the features are not available.

Camera quality is good. It’s unfortunate that you are unable to download and save clips of recorded videos on the free service option. If you purchase the subscription then it may unlock those options. Not too fond of the subscription services. I can purchase a camera for a little more money and get what I want without the subscription aspect of it.

It has a delay and every once in a while, it takes a while to load but other than that this product is a God send for my mom with dementia who counts on me to keep an eye on her and hear her at all times.

Kept going offline on and off

The Camera start working fine for few weeks then start going off and online for no reason. Now it’s been offline for two days and not turning back on. I tried contacting canary support im still waiting for an answer. Overall once it’s working fine it a good camera but when it’s not working properly it’s really a headache
