HONESTLY - JUST GO WITH ORIGINAL INK

I needed to get ink because we do a lot of printing in my office and believe me I've tried the no-brand cartridges before and they are not worth it. Just go with original brand name. You'll save time and money!!!

Good toner cartridge

Cartridges I've had in the past for other machines didn't last for as many copies as this one. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase.

Wrong Cartridge

When I went to purchase a Canon Imageclass printer in May a window popped up and asked if I would like to order a toner cartridge at that time - which I opted to do. The cartridge that came in the printer didn't run out of ink until a few days ago (now it's August) and that is when we found Best Buy had the wrong size cartridge matched up to the printer I purchased for $100+. The customer service supervisor refused to make an exception to exchange it for the correct size. She even went so far as to say that there was no one in a higher position than her to help me, and refused to get on the phone but passed messages through a rep. I was kept on the phone with the promise of being able to speak to her for over 2 hours. I won't ever again purchase another thing from this company. Buyer beware - there is no such thing as customer service with Best Buy.
