No problems with the printer toner/ cartridge. I initially ordered an off brand because it was significantly cheaper but was not able to use it because my laser printer (purchased at Best Buy) noted on the canon laser printer that it would not accept off brand toner cartridges. The off brand purchase had directions for being able to use it anyway but their directions did not work. I went into Best Buy to purchase the original toner cartridge. They were out of stock so the manager on duty ordered one for me and had it mailed to my home. She was very professional, compassionate, and respectful regarding my concern and irritation about my needing the toner cartridge for my home business. She wrote her name on my receipt and told me to call her if I had any problems but cannot find it at the moment, She works at the Opelika, AL location. Many thanks to her for helping me. I hope she is appreciated for the gem she truly is.

I love that this toner slides right into my all in one Canon machine! It is so easy to install, and really lasts a long time! Glad I switched from ink cartridges to this!

This toner from the printer made me very happy I've already worked with some toners that stained the pages in case I took it too fast! And this cartridge didn't happen that, I can print many pages I'm already 1200 and it still has ink and a lot of quality!

Perfect! This was an original toner cartridge and installed easy and well. I purchased previous ones and they were defective/ didn’t install. Buy the original one and there are no problems!
