The ink cartridge was well packaged. The product was the original ink cartridge for my printer not a refurbished brand. It was easy to locate in the printer ink section of the store. Once I paid for the ink and brought it home the installation of the ink cartridge was very easy. The ink printed evenly on the paper and I haven't had any issues with it.

For home use and any small business use. Canon MG3620 printer series is pretty good and this cartridge is a high yield one and the ink does not dry. You get there for the best price at Best buy and last long. Highly recommend.

Ink cartridges last a decent amount of time and the print quality remains high even though my printer/scanner is getting older. I used to have Epson printers for years and got tired of the short lived ink cartridges and having to replace the printer every few years. This Canon and the ink quality have been pretty darn good.

Lasts for a good while with high quality prints. Tried the ink refill from Costco- can't compare to this original. Better quality prints and lasts a lot longer. Really gives you the best bang for your buck.

The quality of the ink is very good. I have tried before the ones you can refill but I am not going back. It is different and the quality of this original is good. The only thing that is a bummer is that despite the great quality of ink, my printer (which is small, personal use) is very thirsty and I go fast with one cartridge. My old printer (Brother) their regular cartridge (not the XL) had decent lifespan. This Canon one, nah! I have to use the XL version so I can enjoy it a bit more like the Brother. But, better quality of printing with Canon ink.
