In one key way, printers are like diabetes monitors: its not the machine, its the ink (like diabetes test strips) where the company makes the money, so they make a good quality machine, and you pay through the nose for the supplies that you need to make it work. So, what you want to do is get the best deal you can, so you can get the most se out of your machine. That being said, at first, I was afraid to get this cartridge, because I thought it wouldn't fit into the appropriate slot: however, it did, and for the extra money, it will deliver a lot of extra print, because obviously, you will run out of black ink before you run out of color ink, so paying a little bit more for the larger black ink cartridge makes sense, because it saves money and time in the long run.

The ink cartridge works just as I want it to work.

Ink lasted so much longer than the regular one. Worth the extra money. I printed so much more than when I bought the ink that wasn't high yielding.
