This cartridge has proven to outlast a typical cartridge by quite a bit. Never sure what "High yield" translates to but was pleasantly surprised at how many more pages it printed compared to a normal cartridge. Won't go back.

I've used this Ink for a couple of years and it's done a great job for me.

I find I don't need to replace my ink as fast when I purchase the XXL ink. Although sometimes it is difficult to find this very large one. The black ink is perfect and it prints well.

I purchased this specific version of Canon's Pg-240 Black Ink Cartridge series because this XXL cartridge has more ink in it than the standard 240XL cartridge thus it is more cost effective and will last longer than the XL version.

The toner lasts a long time and is a good value for the money.

It's ink, what can I say? It is jet black ink. Lol

I use the cartridge to print business documents, my post graduate assignments, and professional letters. I love the quality and longevity that it provides. I would highly recommend this product.

The 240XXL cartridge seems identical to the regular 240XL ones that I've been using, it's a deep solid black pigment ink. I find that when the onscreen computer indicator shows very low ink that all these cartridges still last another 2 or 3 months longer with my lightweight usage. I caught this XXL size on sale & expect it will last even longer.

When you have a high volume job or you just need a cartridge that will last for an extended period, this is a good option.

Even though this is an XXL ... it's more like a XL ...Still lot's of stuff can be printed but my expectations were little bit higher.

I bought this Black (and also a Color) cartridge for my new Canon MG3620 printer, and haven't actually had to replace the originals yet. I'm sure these will last an even longer time when I finally do!
