I have an 870IS. It barely fits into the case. There is NO room to carry an extra battery or even extra cards. You must loop the neck or wrist strap thru the hole in the top of the case just to snap the top shut. This makes it difficult to quickly remove your camera, and then you have no way to carry the case. If you leave the neck strap going thru the hole and let the case dangle on the cord as you take pictures, it makes things awkward. I normally have to drop the case on the ground while I take pictures. The neck strap is not comfortable and cuts into my neck. I didn't bother to use the leather- like wrist strap that came in the kit as it seemed too stiff. I just use the one that came with the camera. The extra battery is always good to have, but the uselessness of the case and the straps ruins the value of the kit.

I originally bought a package deal which came with another case & battery. I exchanged for the canon set because I read bad reviews on the non canon battery and the case from the package deal was kinda snug. However, I noticed that the canon camera case was just as snug as the other case I had before, but the canon one has a button snap and seems a little shorter in length. So you have to push the camera way into the very bottom & still fiddle with the snap closure (checking that the button and hole match up), compared to the previous one was just magnetic and closed on it's own. I'm happy to have a canon battery instead of a no name brand and the case is made of quality material, but like many others are saying it could be a little bigger.

Very impressed! Great kit, having the case has saved my camera countless times. And a second battery is very convenient to have around. Would recommend.

I love the way the case protects my camera! It's really tough, but the leather looks stylish. Extra battery is perfect for those who forget to charge their batteries, so having a spare is a life-saver in catching those memories.

The cost for this accessory package is excessive for what it is. the camera case barely fits the camera and nothing else so if you even wanted to take your extra battery, where would you put it?
