We fairly recently purchased a new printer, and I more recently replaced both the black and color toner cartridges for the first time. It was reasonably easy to do, and I am anxious to see how long these new cartridges last.

no problems once it went in. great product wish they had the double pack of the colored and black instead of buying them seperate all the time, but they are always out of the double packs.

I print roughly a few pages per week and this ink lasts me a couple months, around 5-6. Haven’t had any issues, easy to install and use and good ink quality.

I continue to use this cartridge (and its companion, black 245) in a Canon MG2520 printer I've owned for over four years. These cartridges provide solid, reliable quality -- though both are a bit pricey. To my knowledge, these are the only Canon cartridges
that work with this model; generic knockoffs won't work with the
low ink-level sensors.
Two tips:
1. At least initially, one can continue despite the low-level ink
warning lights on models such as the MG2520. These cartridges are long- lasting -- and you'll get more use out of them before you truly need to replace them. (A cynic would say that those lights
come on prematurely -- luring you to replace them more
frequently than necessary; thus providing more profit for Canon);
2. Do not buy the XL versions of these cartridges. In my experience,
they're clearly more expensive -- yet they appear to provide
only slightly more ink than the regular versions.
I'd rate these five stars if they were more reasonably priced.

I Purchase this INK from Best Buy because the Value of the INK is worth every penny. Never had any issues with this product. They even price match and have the Best Price for the Best Quality.

This ink is the easiest to install and works right away like Plug and Play! I personally like the separated ink cartridges but for the printer as inexpensive as this and the quality it prints, it's totally fine.

Works as described. And the price is good enough. This product is the normal size. Which works for a few weeks. Get the larger one and be set for over a month

The canon Pixma 246 ink cartridge is a great product for ink replenishment. These carts are not messy, inserts very easily and they last longer than most other carts. Best Buy have some of the best prices on this item compared to other retailers.

I have a cheap Canon Pixma scanner printer, but this color ink, when paired with premium HP matte presentation paper, produces very good quality photo reproductions for various projects other than pure photography. Reproduction of color from pictures is fairly spot on for consumer grade print and ink. I haven’t used the ink with gloss photo paper yet, so cannot speak to the results for that medium. The one aspect that prevents 5-stars is that after printing about 25 5”x7” size images at highest quality, the low ink indicator turned on already.
