I had GREAT difficulty signing up for program. Spent hours on computer trying to figure it out. Went to store, was told they only sell the printers, don't know how ink program works. I called Canon, they said not their program, contact Best Buy. No one could tell me for sure if the ink would ship automatically or if I had to somehow order it online. I was left hanging, unsure of anything and if it was working or if I was signed up or not. FRUSTRATED.

Everything I needed and more. I can print from my phone too.

It is supposed to monitor your printer's ink levels, but it doesn't. Replacement ink is supposed to arrive before the ink cartridge is depleted. Then I have to order the needed ink. Best Buy staff does not understand why I do not get my ink and does not try to fix the problem.

I have registered my product with Canon, and I have been up to Best Buy to get help and gone through the website of BB and Canon - and still it is not set up. I purchased the Easy Replenish plan when I purchased the printer - and I have had to go and purchase ink twice. Not nearly as efficient or convenient as HP INK

Ink doesn’t last long and it’s very expensive to buy cartridge

I have tried to get on the Easy Replinish and it keeps saying I have to complete registration on Canon for my printer. I click the button and it takes me to a bunch of pictures about the Canon printer. I registered my printer right after I set it all up. HpInstant print was SO much easier and less confusing to get started.

I purchased my printer less than 2 weeks ago. It is already low on toner. I printed no more than 50 pages. Having signed up for Easy Replenish, I assumed this would be an easy fix. Not so. I have registered by printer with Canon and am still unable to manage my account and order printer ink. Terrible.

If Best Buy has the capability to read that my printer is out of a certain color of ink, isn't it possible to read before that point. I'm unable to use my printer because I run out of one color, get it a week later, then print one document and run out of another color and wait. This is making my printer worthless.

Spent HOURS trying to set up account, still not sure I was signed up. Store no help. Canon no help. Finally did set up. When first ink shipment arrived, 3 SEPERATE BIG BOXES for ink, 1 cartridge in each box. Waste of resources.

It isn't available for this printer. I thought this was a good idea to have ink sent as soon as it detects it on the printer. When you register for this it says that it isn't available for this printer.

This was automatically added to my printer purchase and I had it removed at the register. I did not want to receive automatic ink replacements and be charged for them.

I don't like this service so I cancelled it. It's convenient you don't have to remember to buy ink but I hate being charged without my knowledge.

Was not able to use. Sent me to Canon website. Required me to create an account with Canon. Had to wait till product was in store. Took a bit.
