I didn't have a lot of money and wanted a better lens than the kit lens. Plus we just had puppies so this lens is great for the photos of those and not bad out and about.

This lens is amazing. I love it for how small it is so I can fit my DSLR in my bag. I wish this lens was around when I had my first Canon DSLR back in 2010.

Straight forward lens I use constantly. It's so lightweight too, makes a big difference if you have to lug your camera around for any length of time.

I recommend 24mm canon lens for vblog and capture excellent photos in low light, silent motor and use manual mode, I recommend it for either photos or video

This is my first lens purchased for my camera and I love it! Was able to take some really nice photos with it and I can't wait to see what the 50mm can do!

This is a great lens for doing close up photos. I use it every time that I do a photograph session. It has proved to be well worth the price that I paid for it.

Canon 24 mm lens does great for wide-angle shots that's why I bought it and once again the Best Buy team was great!!!

Had been looking for a lens that could provide a small footprint and provide the functionality comparable to a wide angle lens. Felt this would be a good start as Canon listed this on their website as a wide angle. Pleased thus far.

I liked the lenses. I prefer prime lenses better but they are more expensive. This one is good for someone just starting out and learning about angles and focal length as well as aperture.

For anyone starting out looking for a wider view! Started off just looking for something more for the time being but now I use it every time I step out

This was a good product and a good deal! I got it for $100. This makes a good option to my lens collection for my 80D. Takes good indoor close range shots.

This lens is bomb!! It is so good not only for pictures but also to get a nice blur in the back when filming videos.

Great for wide shots. Does not have IS, but it's really not needed as f stops low enough to keep shutter fast, or used with tripod to get awesome night shots.
