For the price this lens does what it promotes. I was confused as to what lens to start with to do do basic "well focused" all around shots. The reviews helped, and I am happy with the shots I get with this lens.

Great small lens to go with crop sensor SL1 camera

I really like that this lense is very compact and works well with Canon 80D. The price point for this is great and also good for video recording.

I currently use this lens for my canon 7d mk2 and dji ronin s. The videos are very crisp. I have no issues at all as this is my everyday short film Lens

This was one of the most recommended lenses for my dslr. And not knowing much about camera lenses at the time this didn't come up short in performance it's the best.

I use this lens as an inexpensive macro lens. It's not a true macro lens, but has a close focus range. I've got some great close ups of flowers, particularly the interior of flowers.

I do alot of traveling and needless to say I will never leave home without this lense. The quality of the picture are awesome and you get some much more vs a normal lense

Already used the nifty-fifty, but I prefer this one, even knowing that this is a f/2.8. You don't have to step back as you do with the 50mm.

So I use this lens for my Vlogs on YouTube and it gets a great blurry background, the only thing is you can’t zoom in or out. But love it!!!! Recommend it 100%!!!!!

Purchase this for our daughter for her camera. She is aspiring to be a photographer. This is the first leanse because she wanted other than what came with the camera.

I picked this up for my canon t6i and it delivers some great quality for videos for youtubers. I would highly recommend and its under $200 which is a sweet sweet price point

This lens comes with me on every shoot. I use it with my Canon 80D and works perfect in good lighting conditions. It’s not that great in low light.
