its kind of hard to use auto focus when the object doesnt focus on the right object

Seems to be a really good lens i just dont use it a whole lot its quite a bit harder then the smaller lens to use

Only used this lens once and it is awesome!! I would definately recommend!

this is a great lens, but it does not have an image stabilizer which would be nice to have with a lens this size

This has been a good lens all together, but I wish it had a stabilizer because it affects some of the pictures I take, but mostly the video I take with my camera.

For the price this lens would be good for a beginner, IF: You are taking photos of a COMPLETELY STILL large subject such as a human, and provided that you are using a good stable tripod and remote shutter release. This is NOT a hand held capable lens.
