it is a good lenses still not what I wanted but it will do for now

I have a lot of great photos with this lens including dark situations and action photos. A stabilizer would be nice but at $500 more I have done just fine without the stabilizer

This Canon lense did a fantastic job of bring far off objects up close. The focal point was nice and crisp while leaving the background just off focus. Great contrast.

This was my first camera and it was so easy to use.

Great for nature photography. We have quite a few different kinds of birds that visit our backyard and this lens has enabled me to get tight shots without having to get too close and scare them away.

Took some pictures of the moon one night, came out very clear.

This lens seems to take some pretty nice shots from far away.

I am no professional photographer but with this lens I am able to take great "up-close" shots from a distance. I would recommend this lens to anyone who is just starting out with photographer who would like to take great distance pictures without breaking your bank.

A really good zoom lens for frequent use for the price.

Not the latest model so it doesn't have the built-in image stabilization, but that makes it a little cheaper to purchase, and you still get an excellent lens kit with good all-around optical qualities. Make sure to use a tripod for the long range or action shots, and this lens will work great for most users.

I loved the camera and with the lens the zoom is better

Over all, I am happy with the lens. My biggest dislike is the constant switching from telephoto and regular or wide angle. If I am shooting distance and the item gets too close (Usually animals in action) then I am unable to get the frame I want. Autofocus is very helpful. Especially when taking multiple photos in a short period.

This is my favorite lens. I have read several reviews from people who do not like this lens, but I do not agree with them. Having steady hands does help though. Foreground is sharp while background is perfectly blurred. It really makes the subject matter pop.

The lens is really great if you need a zoom lens, the only problem is there is no image stabilization, already says it, but is worth it because of the price for such a good cheap lens

Have recently used this lens for a few family graduations and all of the photos were so sharp! Awesome lens! I used this with my t6i and also (with the lens adapter) with my canon RP mirrorless camera.
