It's an amazing camera with a great price point!!!! User friendly absolulty love it!!

Love my canon 7d mark ll has great features. still learning how to use it.

Canon has just released this great APS-C (1.6x crop sensor) camera that is an excellent choice for outdoor sports / wildlife / travel photography with almost any lens. With fast (large aperture) EF lenses (50/1.4; 135/2; 24-70/2.8; or 70-200/2.8) or EF-S lenses (17-55/2.8) it CAN be used for indoor sports as well. Highly customizable, with PRO-like build and features (10 FPS, custom WB, exposure compensation) and yet simple enough to use, this makes great choice for anyone who enjoys photography, or makes a living creating great images.

Went back and forth between this one and the 70D and glad I spent the extra money on this camera. I upgraded from a Rebel T4i which actually to me was not that great a camera. It lacked a lot of extra features and just everyday functionality that I required and I am by no means a professional photographer. This camera is first off a lot heavier piece of gear than the Rebel series and has every bell and whistle you could imagine. It lacks a flip out back screen and Wifi but I do not find any of those features useful, in fact I purchased an Eye-Fi card which gives this camera Wifi functionality anyway. Not being a professional but not wanting a point and shoot camera and loving the DSLR functions, I wanted the best and this certainly gives Nikon and all other DSLRs a run for the money. It is a bit to get used to, however it resembles other Canon models with similar buttons and menus. The one feature I do love is the speed and also the 65 point auto focus which also blows away the 70D 16 point auto focus. Pictures come out crisp and clear and with 18-135mm lens is beautiful. Just understand this is a big camera and does not look like any of the Rebel series or the S1 and is even bigger than the 70D. However it is well protected with a serious outside housing and is also weather resistant which is also a nice feature. If you are going to spend $1300 on the 70D, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $700 on this baby! It is well worth it!

This camera has everything we need for both photos and videos. The quality of the output we have so far has been excellent.

I've had the Canon 7D Mark II for about a week and I find this camera to be outstanding at every turn. I am most amazed at how well it focuses in almost any situation. It is spot on sharp and very very fast. I previously had the Nikon D700. It was a good camera but didn't have the professional features that the Canon 7D Mark II has. There are too many features to list in this space. but the Canon 7D Mark II is an excellent buy for the money.

Awesome camera, can't go wrong with Canons. Already taken this on a number of adventures and the quality of the photos is top notch

After 6 weeks of use the sensor went out and many have had this problem with this model! Had 2 wait 3 weeks for Canon to repair and send back so make sure you get best buys coverage to exchange it in store at any time than have to go through the hassle may this happen to your camera.

This is one of the best of course I can recommend it 100%

The shutter speed is fast and it is a very reliable DSLR.

I have been a Nikon user for the last few years, and it was hard for me to want to use another brand. With the strong recommendations from friends who photograph sports, I switched to Canon and love it! It is perfect for my children's sporting events. I never miss an action shot!
