shopping experience--No complaints except we wanted this item on a particular day, and it was not available at the store. Store pick up was further than where we normally shop, I wish they had better stocks to avoid this. Product---We are Nikon users but this Canon EOS, entry level camera was a pleasant surprise. The camera was easy to use and the images from the included lenses was tack sharp. Not including a starter SD card was unfortunate as it would help to get you going. Overall, I am happy with this purchase.
