I bought this as a starter camera for my wife on Black Friday and so far it has been great. It came with 2 lenses, memory stick, and carry bag. I like the set because it came with all the items she needed to start taking pictures right away. The bag it came it is very durable and has adequate storage for batteries, charger, lenses, etc. I definitely recommend for someone new to photography or someone that needs a well rounded camera.

this is a great camera for anyone to use. it is easy to use and take great quality picture and videos.

It was a gift for our daughter. She hasn't mentioned any problems. And she's using it all the time.

My daughter, who's been in love with taking pictures since she was a little girl, bought this. She says it's a really nice starter camera that's easy to use. The kit comes with the lenses and bag and is really handy and great for the amateur photographer. I takes great quality pictures. The only thing she doesn't like is that the battery is one that has to be charged instead of just a couple of AA batteries. It's an overall good camera!

I bought this for my daughter who is majoring in Graphic Arts and needs a good camera. She loves it and can't wait to use it in school. For now, she's become the official family photographer and the quality of the pictures are amazing!

I have used Cannon cameras for several years now. The T5 was an upgrade from the T3. I really like the clarity and colors on the T5. Coming in a Premium Bundle with an extra lens was perfect.

The manual is very useful. The camera settings are easy to set and review on the screen. Auto setting photos are excellent. Parameters of the exposures can be retrieved and changed to have photos with different effects. Manual settings are easy to not only see but to select to meet class requirements.

Overall good camera with simple functions, though a bit confusing to use initially. I did encounter a problem where a dark shadow line/area would appear in all the pictures I took but it went away with a change of a few settings. Not sure if that was a glitch or a product issue.

Camera came pre-packaged with two lenses and case. Instructions were simple and easy to understand. This camera has multiple after-market accessories available that we are just now looking too. Great mid-level camera package.

The whole 'package' is a great starter kit. Takes great pictures and not difficult to learn with.

When I saw this camera on sale, I did a little homework, and saw that the features met my needs. Still, I was not sold until I saw some of the photos taken with the camera. They were stunning. Upon using the camera, I quickly found that the learning curve was very short. It was easy to figure out how to adjust settings in the manual mode. This would be a great way for a beginner to start experimenting. The camera is easy to operate, and I am thoroughly satisfied with the quality of its photographs.

Received my new canon camera for Christmas. The quality of this camera is fantastic. Best Buy had s great deal on the camera and extra lens. The manual is detailed and easy to follow. I would recommend this camera to anyone wanting to explore the possibilities of beautiful photography.

I purchased this camera before our Alaskan vacation this year. It takes awesome pictures. The 300 mm zoom is great for that far away shot. We love it.

I really enjoy using this camera. I wanted to take photos of my family including my dog and they have come out most beautiful. Easy to use. Would like to become more experienced and take a photo class to enhance my skill. The camera is wonderful and i would recommend it to everyone.

Crazy great camera. If I were to make one suggestion to canon, it would be to get with the times with their product guide. Nobody has a disc drive on their computers any longer. But don't let that tiny piece stop you. This is a ridiculous camera. We should have bought one years ago.

I love this camera. I used Olympus before and didn't know what to buy next (Nikon or Canon). I researched and found this to be such a good deal and other reviews were so positive I gave Canon a try. I am really glad I did!! It shoots wonderfully, I did my first wedding this past weekend and it was able to keep up with me just fine!
