This camera works well for what I need it for. I’m still working at learning the basics but takes good pictures with point and shoot.

Very nice camera at this price. It's nice if Canon can add touch screen to this camera.

While the Nikon D3400 is rated as a better product by most major review sites, I believe it is slightly overrated and the Canon Rebel T6 is slightly underrated. The Nikon D3400 is probably the better camera due to specs, but the Rebel T6 holds its own far more than most of the reviews would lead you to believe. Even though it sports an older image sensor compared to the Nikon, I really was impressed with the capture speeds, lens quality, image quality and the wide range of Canon accessories. Battery life was also far superior to what I was led to believe. This makes a fine starter DSLR regardless of the reviews.

For a first DSLR camera, this rocks! I love having the option to send out a WiFi signal and connect it to my tablet as that’s where I do most of my editing. The only thing keeping me from giving it a 5 is that some of the settings are kind of confusing to get into. But, that’s just a matter of me wanting instant gratification.

I've relied primarily on my phone camera for the past few years and decided it was time to move up to a real camera. I went with the Canon because I had a 35mm years ago and still had a few lenses for it. I'm very pleased with the pictures this camera takes, even though I'm still using the auto setting. I particularly like that I t pairs with my iPhone so that I can use the phone as a remote and a view screen. The only thing I feel is missing, is a selection of filters on the camera itself. Overall, I enthusiastically recommend this camera to anyone who is ready to make the step up from their phone, to a real camera.

I did a lot of research before deciding to buy this camera and am thrilled with my decision! The image quality is crisp, vibrant and sharp. I also love the WiFi capabilities to use the Canon app for taking photos, making adjustments to the settings and transferring photos to my phone. The Rebel T6 is versatile for a wide range of photography projects including portraits, landscapes and in low-light. The manual focus functions allow me to be more creative - and the camera works perfectly with the long-range lens from my film SLR.

Love this camera! have been using rebels for 7 years. This is an upgrade from my rebel XS, which is still a great camera and still functioning. I will hand it down to my kids. It is a great all purpose camera, great size for vacations, holidays, family events! Fits in my purse (kinda big purse)...I take it everywhere. I even do a little bit of portrait shoots for family and friends. Husband wanted me to get pro level Canon, but they were too heavy for me to carry around for everyday use. Great camera for my price range and usage.

They did not have the camera I initially wanted, but for $50 more, this is a far better camera. The camera is light and easy to use.

Our College-age son wanted an SLR-digital camera for his birthday. We were pleasantly surprised by the selection and price range of cameras available at Best Buy. This has been a great camera, for a decent price.

It’s an okay camera, if you are a beginner like me this will work just fine. I haven’t downloaded the app or anything yet but the pictures I take are definitely high quality. I plan on taking the Best Buy camera class soon so I can fully embrace this camera. It was on sale which was another plus.

Great starter camera. I got this for my little sister who was starting a photography class in high school. I am a tried and true canon shooter and am glad she is on the right path

This Camera is Awesome! I originally had the Rebel T5 - I got it a few years ago. My son dropped it on accident and broke it :( - so I grabbed this T6 Bundle Pack While it was on sale. Was very happy with it - It is better than my T5 and I also got it for about half the price that I paid for the T5 about 4 years ago. I also grabbed the 3 year insurance plan. These cameras are great - they can get banged around pretty good and still work. But depending on how and where you drop it - they might not work right again and to fix them they start off at like 325.00 and up - so you might want to think about protecting the investment you paid for the camera.

This camera is extremely comfortable to get to know. The functions and options are not too complex, and give the user a feel of what a different -more advanced camera would be like. In itself, it is nice quality and once exploring with different options and settings is done, the user will be surprised how even a beginners camera does wonders! It is not as heavy as I thought and the lenses are great!!

The old canon that we had would have a memory card that was a pain, and the pins broke off. This is much better. The camera itself is excellent as expected
