Printer works as expected just wish I went with color..

absolutely despise this printer - we have to connect to it every time we want to print wirelessly , different password every time. and to connect you have to disconnect from wifi and then change back when done. researched too late and apparently its a problem for this one.

This printer was working great for the first few days. Now that I needed to do some heavy printing with it, it will not work. Documents print very slowly and will just stop printing all together in the middle of a multi page print. I confirmed documents are being uploaded, there is paper, but it will not print. Avoid this printer and get literally any other one. I do not think I will ever go with a Canon printer again.

Took it back. The salesperson said it was a color printer but it is black and white ONLY. Also there is no document feeder so you have to scan one page at a time. Great price but spend more and get a better model.

After nearly 2 months of ownership, multiple attempts at using Canon online and phone tech support- I still have yet to achieve easy and seem-less use of the printer function. It does print and scan. However I have yet to - wake to print. A basic function. Yet it will wake to scan. Neither to print or online manuals have been helpful. And online support was spectacularly useless and ineffective. I do hope these troubles are alleviated with a planned computer upgrade. But as far as ease of use or convenience- I begrudgingly score this purchase at 2/5 stars.

Good printer put it comes without connection cable and the WiFi connection is a little unstable

horrible printer. Out of the box it was a piece of crap, had big problems connecting to my wifi so i had to get a cable and a real difficult time trying to print anything, it just keep spitting out BLANK PAGES.. Ended up needing bestbuy help with trying to get it to work. Wish i could return but alot of stuff came up when i got it around Christmas so Im over the return date

We ended up returning this item. The laser printer isn't as good as an inkjet. The scan feature is difficult on this machine. It "curls" the paper when printing.

Printing quality i.e, very light and if page back ground is other than white then it is hard to see

Easy to set-up and easy to use. The number of features are surprising.

For the simple printing and copy I do not print enough to see anything negative at this time

Not much information in the owners manual. I thought I would be able to scan a document to a USB Drive, but either it won’t do this, or the instructions don’t tell you how.

It's not great for pictures or graphics, but fine to print an invoice etc

This is the worst ever. The paper loading is pitiful, it will take only very little paper at the time. The setting is super complicated, you will have to spend an hour or more to set it up for scanning, time, etc. And the printing quality is very poor. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRINTER. Wasted money! Will see if it can be returned.

Canon I get a refund? Has a lot of issues. I really wanted to like this printer but it isn’t their best. I usually love canon products.
