    Initial set up was easy. Once my router did a restart I couldn't get it to recognize my computer. I'm no computer dummy and I'm also not an expert. It was very frustrating.

    I purchased this printer on Black Friday. It got to my house with no dents in the box and everything seemed fine. I set up the printer and everything seemed fine until I tried to make a copy. The printer reported a paper jam whenever I made a copy, but there was none. I called Best Buy support saying my printer had a defect, but they said they would charge me $100 just to talk to them about the problem. I said no way, this printer came with a factory defect and they would charge me $100 just to talk to me about the problem. The next day, I called Canon customer support. Within 5 minutes of calling, I was talking to a human representative and within another 5 minutes, we had arranged for me to get a brand new printer free of charge. They didn't even take my credeit card info. They sent it through overnight shipping, and they even sent a return shipment label. Since I got my new printer, I am very happy with it. It prints very fast compared to my barely 1 year old inkjet printer. It has very fast wireless printing and overall, I like this printer, but I don't like Best Buy customer support.

    Needed all in one. Bought based on reviews and positive experience with scanner. Connected via ethernet so no wifi experience. Duplex scan/print works very well. Airprint works well. Have not tried fax yet.

    This printer/scanner exceeds my expectations. Scan quality is excellent and the files are small. prints on both sides, which saves paper and space. very pleased!
