Customer Ratings & Reviews

It is a very efficient, very fast, and very easy-to-use printer; connecting it to your wireless devices is a breeze. It makes tasks easy whether you're at home or in the office. I highly recommend it—it's excellent, and the price speaks for itself!

The printer configuration was absolutely terrible. In today's world of plug and play, this setup should have been so easy. I managed to get it working over WIFI, however never did by cable. The printing is instantaneous and works well for what I need, otherwise I would have returned.

This is our 2nd Canon printer we have purchased. We have a small business, and this printer gets a lot of use. Very easy to operate, and the quality is top notch. Would recommend this printer highly. It will not disappoint.

Overall once I set the printer up it worked fine or as expected both printing and scanning. Compared to much higher priced units scanning is much slower but the printing is fine. Set up was not bad. I was reading some complaints on other reviews. The screen is not as nice and as simple to use as more costly devices. It does not come with a paper tray. This was not a show stopper. Overall, for the price of the unit it met my expectations without any issues. I would recommend for someone looking for a low cost black and white laser printer.

I bought this printer to replace my Canon MF4450 which I could not find a Windows 11 driver. My MF4450 was about 15 years old and still worked well. If there was still a driver out there, I'd never have purchased a replacement. I ordered the printer and had it delivered. Delivery was very good and convenient. Physical setup took only a few minutes (lots of securing tape everywhere). Software setup didn't take long either. SCANNING I like the fact that the cover lifts up and can easily accommodate scanning a page in a book. Scanning from the document feeder is quick and clean (no pulling to a side or skewing the scan). PRINTING Printing is quick and clear. I like that the paper tray extends out to accommodate legal size paper. FAXING I have not faxed anything yet but I would not expect anything different from the printer since it is the simplist feature of the printer (uses print and scan functions of the printer which I find to be very good).

I have had this printer for roughly 2 months. Connects Everytime and prints extremely clear. Great entry level laser printer.

The printer is easy to set up and use. I've encountered no issues with printing, copying and scanning.

The printer prints great and fast. the set up was pretty easy. You can used a wired or wireless connection. Scanner works great too

It took a while to hook up to local network, but prints fast and clearly. Use in my home.

Printer was easy to set up. Prints really nicely and quickly. Very happy with our purchase!

The performance is great easy to set up and the quality of print is amazing

didn't fit the space. Canon always prints well. easy to load and replace the ink.

Needed a printer compatible with Chromebook - This was a great price, delivered free to home next day, set up fairly easy. Quick printing, can do double side (haven't found enlargement feature yet), haven't set up scanning yet. Agree with other purchasers about the information input keypad operation....tedious at best....arrows and OK for every digit/letter - putting in the wi-fi code (which they called authorization code (?)) took longer than unboxing and all other set-up steps. Didn't care to be solicited to join the auto-refill toner program right in the middle of set up before being allowed to continue. Still getting used to getting to the wireless quirks (if it is shut off, the print function has to reload the connection) -- my first experience with wireless except a mouse. Still prefer my 13-yr old Dell printer, but this one is becoming less picky as I learn more about it. For the price, I can adjust.

Quick setup and works great! Exactly what i was looking for 1 color, no need to buy all those ink cartridges.

Works well and makes a good black and white print for letters and sheet music.

I love this Canon Laser Printer. I had a Brother printer & the drum went bad after several years. I was told Canon printers are better. This one is super fast & great resolution. Easy to scan whereas the other printer had so many steps to follow. This is one button. The paper tray does not hold the entire package of paper but that's okay because everything else is great.

Works well User friendly Prints clear and fast Scanning features are great

Printer was easy to set up, connects seamlessly with wifi, prints/scans fast. Amazing printer for the price!

I like this printer very much, but I did find the set-up a bit awkward, which is the only reason I give it four stars instead of five. It is very easy to load and has great connectivity well outside our house. If you want a good utility printer for daily black-and-white printing, this is a good fit. I have done little with its other features.

Love this laser printer! So easy to use and fast printing! Would definitely purchase again!
