Got fed up with all the issues from my HP printers and I decided to give a different brand a try. Great so far …. I’m really considering switching to cannon for the other printers.

Fast reliable printing. Love it!!! The only issue so far is printer is always on WiFi but scanning sometimes tends to lose wireless connection, not sure why that is.

Easy set up - I can now easily print from my phone. This replaced an old printer that worked well - but no WiFi option. Don't know why I waited so long. It is a bit bigger - but space was not a consideration for me.

The set up was very easy and i didn't experience any paper jams. It copys and scans as it's supposed to and the wireless printing feature works great.

I used to have a color printer, but this one is just amazing even though it's black and white. It's quick and neat!

Use this at a small church. This works great. Print quality is very good, does double sided printing, and is very user friendly. Quite fast.this is the second one we’ve bought. They last very well and you definitely get your money’s worth.

Air print is great, however im unable to scan wirelessly. I had to purchase a separate cord just to scan. Print quality is very good.

I bought this not long ago and I still have not been able to connect the Internet. I have done step-by-step instructions.

Purchased to up grade another brand this Canon image class great love that it give high volume printing and wireless,usb,ethernet connection I would recommend.

If you want a wifi printer look elsewhere. First would not recognize paper tray and then gave error message when trying to print. I hardwired a printer cable and it works fine. Almost took it back but it meets me needs as a cabled printer. Wifi does not work.

No technical support available. No phone, chat, or email technical support options. If you have an issue google is your only source. I like the optional paper tray AH1 so I don't have to load paper. If you put special paper/ envelopes etc. in the manual feed tray you have to set it to print from the manual tray it will not do it automatically.

Love this printer. It prints fast and copies just as fast

Setup was quick and easy. Functioned as described.

The printer is satisfactory when it prints. The trouble is that the air print option is not reliable as my Apple MacBook computer and the printer have issues connecting because the printer tends to indicate a change in IP address that translates to the printer status box indicating it is searching for a printer.
