    I love the look of it and it is perfect for my printing needs. I don’t do much copying and scanning so having an automated feeder on top was not necessary. Great printer overall, but I haven’t owned it long enough to know how long the printer cartridge will last, so we will see I guess.

  • Can't connect to iPhone when in Sleep Mode

    No connectivity from iphone or ipad (AirPrint mode) when printer is in sleep mode, and it is always in sleep mode except for the first 5 seconds you turn it on. You have to walk over to the printer and turn it on fully in order for the AirPrint to find the printer, which happens instantaneously. So disappointed. I see this comment on the other similar ImageClass models and I really want to stick wtih ImageClass. Contemplating returning.

    Works good, but only when it does. I have wasted hours of my life trying to get this to connect to different devices. When it does connect, it prints well with good clarity. Sadly, companies do not make printers easy.

    I hate this printer. The printer miscalculates how much toner you've use and actively forces you to purchase its expensive cartridges before they're used up or it won't print. Majority of the time I try to print wirelessly it throws an error. Just overall terrible usability.

    This printer was very hard to install. It had poor instructions. Scanner will only scan 1 pg at a time. I wanted to return but Best Buy only gives 15 days. I am stuck with a $300 printer I don't want.

    It is loud and not that easy to set-up. I will say, Canon support was amazing. I am usually the tech person, so the fact that I had issues would indicate the average person would if you want to use the email to scan (main reason for this one). The biggest issue is how loud and slow it is.

    It is a fairly new pirnter in the market, it’s a follow up to the MF643 series. Quality is exceptional. Nothing to be disappointed about. Toner is available in best buy so no worry there, and as time passes, prices will be come down. Happy with the printer
