By far the best printer scanner i've ever had, unlike the old one that disconnects everytimebit idles this one is stable and connected all the time! I love this and i highly recommend it!

Great laser printer! Prints fast and has been very reliable so far. This is our 2nd purchase of this printer. The features, as well as the longer warranty were the key selling points. BB's willingness to match prices was what made the sale.

I am very pleased with this printer. Prints well, easily connects wirelessly and is quick to get the job done. Scanning docs is a task for me because I think I don’t have it set up to automatically scan and place on desktop. I had an extra step to open the printer and then select several selections before scanning. Might be a good thing though. Another difference I. This printer than all my inkjet printers is it like to refresh itself often. Not a huge deal, just startling sometimes when it starts making noise out of nowhere. Overall, I would recommend this printer and buy it again if needed to.

replacement cartridges cost as much as the copier itself . the copier weighs about 45 pounds, so a bear to move, even into the house. it prints nice enough but for the price of one cartridge (4 colors) is over $100!

Purchased for office work, prints very quickly and is easy to use.

Coming from years with HP, I am very pleasantly surprised after researching a few models to go with this Canon. Solid build, very fast, straightforward inteface and connectivity and cost pp is the lowest amongst similar models compared. The only issue is the connectivity to my Mac can be buggy as it drops but that can be my WIFI/Router issue (Google/Nest).

This machine is very smooth and has all the features you’d expect on a professional office printer. Printing is smooth and very fine quality print. Many settings and features. The scan feature is easy to use and produces great scans. Paper tray hold a large number of sheets and the toner is easily accessible and easy to replace. Excellent machine!

Excellent speed easy to set up. Scanning and duplex work way better than my previous HP printer. I took off one star due to my HP actually printed color docs with more sharpness.

I love this printer! It's FAST and great printing. And no more dried out ink cartridges to deal with. Plus, I love how easy it is to print from my phone.

Bought this for my wife. She is a teacher and is using it for work. I asked her what she thought and the answer was "Oh, I Love it!" When I originally set it up for her it was easy to get on the network and set up the drivers on her PC.

I usually don’t write reviews however, this printer warrants a review. The Canon laser printer is one of the best printer I’ve ever owned ( I’ve had several)! Set up was quick and easy and I can print from my computer, phone or iPad with no issues. The colors are vibrant and the end results have been near perfect!

Best Buy is STILL the Best place to Buy a printer! Happy with my beautiful printer, copier, scanner! Super quiet, fast and reliable. Previously, I attempted a similar purchase at a local big-box store, only to be left unattended and uneducated as to the functions of, and availability of products. I walked right over to Best Buy where not only did they demonstrate my choices, but allowed me to take home and try the copier, at my convenience! I saved tons of money, research and time by utilizing the Best Buy tech plan, and additionally, my product is covered for repairs and replacement.

I bought this printer about a month ago. I am very happy with this purchase.Very quick, and easy to use. I had another printer, different brand, but I never understood that printer, i end up returning it.

I absolutely love this printer especially the touchscreen display. I love that i can airdrop pictures, and the prints come out super fast. There is nothing that I dislike about this printer.

Printer seems to perform very well, once set up. But the set up instructions and documentation are far from ideal. It took forever to figure out how to connect this thing to Wifi. Some of that was that my home Wifi was messed up and I didn't realize it. But even after that, they have a very cursory setup guide, which does not really explain the terms they are using or what they mean. So still, I do not know if I have it set up properly, only that I managed to get it to work. There is something about color calibration, and no explanation whatsoever about what that means or how you do it. There are many different screens, with options. But again, little to tell you what they mean or how to use them. The actual manual is some online thing that is extremely cumbersome to use, with links going here, there, and everywhere, and there is never an idea of where you are in the maze of confusing instructions. Usually you wind up back to the same page again in trying to search for something. How about just a regular, page-by-page manual that covers everything, like in the old days? Managed to get it to copy pretty quickly. The Wifi connection from computer took a long time. Still have not attempted to scan to computer, for fear of getting into another hours-long maze. I expect the scanning to work fine once configured. They have lots of security and user-interface-from-computer features, but good luck in figuring it all out. Some video tutorials would really help. But all they have, at some places, are some really simple sketches of things, I guess sort-of in the sense of the "international" symbols used in newer cars - great if you can figure out what they mean, but otherwise not useful.

Very easy to use, easy to connect and very fast printing.
