This is a great machine. Meets all my needs. It's a little slow responding to commands. Other than that I love it.

I just don't like the installation of ink for this printer. You can't replace the ink unless the ink runs out.

Sometimes confusing as to print options. Can't locate troubleshooting screens. Has jammed on many occasions.

It was a good buy for the price, but slow at scanning and printing.

I bought this based off the positive reviews and have been utterly dissatisfied ever since. The printer takes far too long to spin up, uses an ungodly amount of ink (even when not in use... read further) and overall is just a PITA. The ink issue... nobody in the house prints much, maybe once per month. The printer performs these "cleanings" frequently to avoid clogging. This sounds fantastic until your brand new XL cartridge runs dry after a month of no usage since installation. Furthermore, this printer will not print when any single cartridge is empty, another point of frustration. Currently my black ink is empty but the others do not appear to be, but I cannot even switch to a color to get it to print. I would NOT recommend this to my worst enemy.

Without purchasing the warranty do not buy it! we have had to replace a couple of them already.

More than a minute to load and print. Easy to set up though.

I bought it for my wife and she says it keeps reading paper jam but she can't find the jam.

A little larger than I would have liked however, it will serve the purpose.

Really finicky about wifi. Hit and miss with connecting from Apple products.

The biggest problem is that this printer take too much ink and time to print out fist page. Also it create huge noise cleaning the nozzles, which also consumes huge amount of ink. The XL Black cartridge only produce about 500~ pages before empty.

You must use a heavier paper like at least a 24lb or the printer jams.

This is a terrible printer. It would not reliably print via wireless. Scanning to the cloud was a multi-step process for every document and it was a very slow process to connect to the network and rifle through the list of folders on Dropbox. More than half of the time it would not print wirelessly and we had to reboot. We replaced it with an Epson within a month.

Good price. Uses alot of ink, in the black and white mode

If I could ever get this printer to work with my MacBook Pro, it would change my Overall Rating. I have downloaded Driver Software, Printer Software and whatever else from the Canon web site but it begins to print but stops and nothing appears on the paper.

My new Canon Maxify MB2320 jams all the time and I can only put one sheet at a time. Now an error has occurred and it cannot be fixed. I am going to have it replaced if not with another Canon printer, maybe with an HP printer.

I'll be taking this printer to the El Cerrito recycling center to DISCARD. If it were a car, it would have less than 20,000 miles on it - maybe even less than 10,000 miles. I barely used it over the last two years - it sat in its original packaging. I just put it into service less than 2 months ago. It just broke down - you can only print two pages cleanly until you have to clean the print heads. The pers unit broke and it is not repairable according to Canon.
