I bought this battery for my canon Powershot A4000 IS camera. It works great and lasts awhile before it needs charging.

I was given the camera and 2 knock off batteries from China (amazon order) that one of my co-workers ordered for the Canon. She insisted to me that the camera was defective and would shut off within a couple seconds of turning it on. Did a quick google search on the batteries she was using and found that they have a super high fail rate. Order the right battery from best buy, charged it and now I have a working camera.

We bought these batteries to extend our time taking photos. They work great, Even with full display useage, extensive zooming and adjusting of the camera's settings. These are Canon brand which we have found superior to aftermarket batteries.

I bought this extra battery, and have not needed to use it. The life on the other battery is phenomenal. This one too. It lasts a really long time. If you're going to purchase this as a backup or extra battery, you probably don't need it.

I wanted a second battery for my Canon ELF so I have a charged one in reserve. Reviews of off-brands were mixed so I searched for the one made by Canon. It charges well, takes lots of pictures, and holds the charge when not in use.

This is an excellent Canon back up battery for my new Canon camera. I prefer buying a battery that is from Canon I haven't had good luck with off brand batteries.

The small battery had a very long life, as long as it was used without the flash. Using the flash really drains the battery very fast.
