A greater capacity cartridge for this printer means you can print longer..... I have found that the Cannon Maxify printer has been the best printer I have ever used and the available larger capacity ink cartridges have made printing documents a breeze with no worry of running out of ink in the middle of a print job!

Many ink cartridges, like the "starter" ones that come with your printer, only have enough ink to get you going. I print 5-10 pages a day with my Canon Maxify Printer. It didn't take me long to notice that the ink cartridges marked XL were actually full. Save Money, by these Canon Ink Cartridges!

My biggest issue against inkjet printers is the high cost of ink, coupled with the frequent ink changes. These XL tanks really improve the situation, resulting in much less waste and lower price/page.

I ran out of ink. Sink the other ink package didn't have any black ink. I added this one to my combo. I use black ink a lot like everyone else, so it's best to get ink which will not be wasted nor replace it early.

Nothing beats getting the name brand ink meant for your printer. I am always pleased with CANON products. The ink comes with a special plastic bag for recycling. Easy peasy! And the price is always right at Best Buy!

The Canon ink cartridges in the XL size have more ink, reduces packaging and represents a savings over a higher number of non-XL cartridges over time. Good deal. I'm also getting more copies for less money with my Canon printer than my HP printer.

Whenever I purchase ink or toner for a printer, I always go with the original manufacturer replacement. It always produces sharp printed documents and it does not void the manufacturer warranty in case you need service for it while your printer is under warranty.

Although it may be a bit more, original Canon ink cartridges are worth the price. Do not compromise your printer. Easy to take out the depleted cartridge and easy to install the new cartridge. Last but most important Canon customer service is the BEST!
