Simple to set up, nice quality, very quiet! My mom has learned to print recipes from her phone and she loves this printer. The front opens automatically. My dad uses it to scan everything from pictures to important health documents they can take with them in their phones. They’re in their 70s, that’s how user friendly this thing is. The document feed scanner is a huge bonus.

I needed to replace my old Canon printer and took a long time researching available printers. I liked my old one so much I was skeptical of the newer models. The MX992 met my expectations. I installed it on a wireless network with no difficulties and have multiple devices running print jobs. The scanning works well. I have not tried printing photographs yet, but feel it should do just fine.

Really easy to set up. Like all printer manufactures they make their money on the ink so it only comes with the minimum amount before you have to spend another bundle on ink. I like being able to print from all my devices. Would like it to have the brushed finish instead of the glossy as it shows finger prints.

I bought one of these Canon Pixma MX922 for my daughter about 8 months ago and loved it so much, I got one for myself. It's very fast, it's easy to setup, and I especially love how easy it is to print pictures wirelessly from my cell phone. I have a granddaughter and love printing my favorite photos. Also, replacing the ink is very reasonable. Highly recommend this printer!

I'm so happy I ignored the negative reviews of this printer and tested it out for myself. I can honestly say that every criticism I read (slow, noisy, hard to set up wifi, cheaply made) was unfounded. The set up was a snap - worked first time and every time so far - and print speed is very good. Of course don't expect to do high volume office printing, but plenty fast for home/home office jobs. When configured for Quiet print, it is the quietest printer I have ever owned, and you do not sacrifice print speed. output quality is very crisp so far, and photo printing is outstanding. One understated feature (if stated at all) is the ability to print directly on printable CDs/DVDs.. A really great feature, since stick-on disc labels often cause printer jams and damage. Included software makes creating them very easy, and there are many templates to use. I have used several more expensive HP MFPs and they are good, but this Canon handily beats them in my opinion. The only criticism is price per copy, but ALL inkjet printers have this problem +/- 5%.

Purchased this as a replacement for a 2 year old printer. Was glad to see a model on the shelves that took the 251 ink tanks, as there are good quality aftermarket tanks online. There are no aftermarket 271 tanks, so if you print a ton in black I would definitely recommend this unit. We don't print in color with cheap ink, but the pgbk ink doesn't seem to matter much. It is much faster than the MG5520 it replaced, whixh may be because it is wired ethernet vs wireless on the 5520, or it may have more RAM. I was unable to find specs which listed the RAM. The MX922 does have wireless but I prefer to wire things whenever possible. Also very happy with the convenience of the multiple paper trays. Being able to leave photo paper in its own tray reduces waste and stress about swapping paper. Overall extremely happy with it regardless of cost, and the current deals on it are great (assume it's being closed out). Only downside is that it has a large footprint due to the styling.

Good air printer as well as a scanner, and fax product at a decent price.

I got MX922 primarily to print for my small business but also for occasional personal printing of pictures and notes. Installation was very simple and the connection to the network could not have been easier. I have had this printer for about a month and it has never lost it's internet connection. My old cannon printer would just drop the connection, for unknown reasons, every couple of months and require a whole setup again. The quality of printing, both black and white and color is as good as the giant commercial printers I have used. It will print on both sides of a page which saves a lot of paper for me and has a lot of other extras I have not used yet. The scanner setup is also very simple and it scans multiple pages at one time. My old Cannon only scanned one page at a time. No problem with the quality of scans and the transfer process is quite easy. You can email it directly from the scanning process without having to save it to your computer first and then find it again. I can only speak to the installation of the fax process. As with the other processes it was easy. I only have one line and the fax will listen to incoming calls. It will take the call if it hears a fax tone otherwise it lets the answering machine take the call. All in all an excellent printer after a month.

This thing does a great job of printing. But it takes quite a while to warm up, adding 2 - 3 minutes before you can actually print. It also spontaneously "cleans itself." This happens without warning or trendable periodicity and has delayed printing for me several times. Maybe it is my specific printer, but the document feeder is finicky and often grabs more than one page when scanning documents. from the document feeder. But it set up easily connects with all my devices and provides a good print. If I were doing any sort of production work, this would not be the right printer. But for this old lady it is OK.

I own two of these printers. Scans with document feeder in single side of duplex. Can print on both sides of the paper. Prints photos and even has a tray to print on a printable cd and dvd. Wireless printing setup was easy. I don't buy printers unless they have separate color cartridges where each color cartridge can be changed out individually. Saves a lot of ink. My only complaint is that there is no rear paper feed. I print a lot of greeting cards and was used to feeding the card stock in from the rear paper feed that Canon for years had on the back of their printers. Although, I have to admit, that so far, I've printed plenty of cards and have not had any issues with the card stock being drawn from the lower paper tray.

This is my second Canon printer so I expected it to perform well and it does. It was easy to connect to computer and is easy to operate. The copies are great and the photos are excellent. My only concern is that the cost of the ink is more than the cost of the printer!!

I purchased the printer during the holidays when prices were best. So, I received a very good price. And, the best news is the printer works very well. It prints with little noise and the bottom tray holds a lot of paper allowing for a large print file. It was easy to set up and the print quality is excellent. What can I say other than 5-stars.

Got this printer at a good price. Prints good pictures and documents. It's a little noisy but other than that I'm happy with this purchase. Built in wi-fi is a plus.

Really suits my needs. I like that it's an all-in-one Fax, prints CD/DVDs .... everything you would need. I was told it used more ink that other printers, but I don't feel that it does use more ink. Great colors for photos too!

We use this at home, where we print just a few pages per day. The print quality is excellent and the controls are easy to use. It still surprises me when the front panel pops open when it's going to print a document and I made the mistake of putting a cup in front of it, which then spilled. Don't make that mistake and you'll be fine.

An excellent all in one printer, copier, scanner, and fax. (Although I do not use the fax function) Easy to set up and program into my wireless network for easy wireless printing from all my devices. Pretty decent print quality.

This is a good printer for the price. I like the paper feeder to scan multiple pages instead on one page at a time. Print quality is good and the printer is easy to setup. Toner cartridges do not last long if you print daily.

I am very satisfied with the Canon MX922 all in one printer.. I previously owned a Canon MX860, my experience with that model led me to look at this one when the 860 stopped working after regular and sometimes heavy use during 4 years. The MX922 is a high quality printer and the price is very reasonable. The ink is way too expensive but that is the case for most printers. The print quality on gloss photo paper is excellent. The printer is noisy when beginning to operate but this can be minimized in "Menu" by choosing "quiet setting", doesn't silence it but helps. I never loaded the driver on the supplied disk, but went to Canon.com to be sure I downloaded and installed the most recent driver. I did have some issues in getting the printer to communicate with my network, contacted Canon support and they ended up advising me to contact my cable/internet provider help, I did not contact them. I was able to complete the set up on my own while in standard setup searching for access point scrolling to DIRECTLY ENTER THE ACCESS POINT NAME and typing in my network name and password. it wasn't as automated as should have been but was successful. Overall I am very satisfied with all functions of this product.

This is a wireless printer that I used to printing over my Tablet and Cell phone, produce the good picture quality with the nature color on Canon printing paper. Also we can print through cloud. CANON also provide the season greeting cards that help my creativity to make/ design my own card.

This Cannon printer is very nice. It prints quickly in black and white and prints very nice photos. The scanner and fax work very well. I haven't used the included Cannon software but it looks like it has a lot of features for a base software package. I would definitely buy one of these Cannon Pixma printers again.
