Very nice! It prints fast and is easy to use, and is easy to set up. I am still having some issues with the wireless set up but not sure if it is just my laptop or my internet provider.

I purchased this for an older relative and they wanted something that was easy to understand, durable, and efficient. It does it's job and then some. It comes with ink, has wireless compatibility for multiple devices, easy setup, and even comes with photo paper. Things print beautifully and all the price was amazing for something with so many options.

Not that happy. I needed a printer really bad and everything on my wish list was either "sold out" or "out of stock". Well I figured Canon has been printing forever and I have had Canon printers in the past that were quite good. This printer is extremely loud and very slow. I am not usually in a rush, however this is really slow. The print quality is good and set up was a breeze. I don't print very often but I am noticing that the machine uses alot of ink. Oh the ups and downs of printing.

I am in my late 70’s and not very computer literate. I sent the printer up and began following the instructions for hooking it up wirelessly to our 3 laptops. 3 days, many hours and more than a few cuss words, I called my son in law to come help me. To make a long story short, I was hooked up but didn’t know it. Wish the instructions had just said plug it in and choose Canon printer when given the option.
Hooking it up my I phone was a breeze.

So far so good. Prints quickly enough for me and is clear. Like the compact size compared to my last HP which I had for 14 years or so. This should be fine for me in my home office. I print very little so my expectations are this printer should last me for quite awhile. Wireless was easily hooked up and paired quickly to my devices.

I absolutely love Canons. Had an HP ended up taking it right back and getting a Canon. I have had Canons in the past and just love them. So easy to use, great price and good quality.

I have used this unit several times now. It's a great All-In-One printer. Pretty small and fits in a lot of areas. Also lightweight. Paper feed was a bit confusing to load. Comes with black and color ink cartridges but with less ink ml quantity. Scans, copies and fax too. I've printed over wifi without any issue using my Apple MacBook. Overall a great printer to have for home use.

This replaced a years old PIXMA printer that finally died. It is similar with a few improvements.
1. Connecting to my WIFI was a breeze using the CD Rom that comes with it. Connected first time and has stayed connected.
2.Printing is a little crisper
3. It's quiet mode is quiete4.
4. Getting a copy from the Printer to my Computer or Tablet/Cell phone is very easy, so is printing from those devices.
These do go through ink quite liberally, I would not think you would buy it for an office even a home office plus it isn't speedy. But for normal home use it really does well for the price paid.

Inexpensive. The Paper tray is easily broken, but that just means, don't be rough when handling it. Prints documents and pictures (my main use) that are great. This machine is perfect for my needs, and the ink cost will not drive you into bankruptcy!

My partner and I were starting to get tired of having to go and print our needed documents at our jobs, so we decided to finally buy a printer of our own. We didn't need anything too fancy and wanted something relatively small that could fit on our desk. I chose this printer, because of its good reviews and decent size. When the printer is not in use, we take the paper out of the tray and fold the tray up for a little extra room. The scanner works great, printing quality is awesome and super fast, and I really liked that included in the box was a few sheets of glossy photo paper to try out. I tested it out with the Canon printer iPhone app and printed out some pictures off my phone and it worked great! No need for those expensive phone photo printers and is a better choice if you need to print out a few photos. Definitely recommend, after reading other reviews, to get a backup cartridge of black and color ink for when you run out so you're not scrambling to get replacements.

Easy to install - printing scanned items as well as printing from a laptop work well. Haven't tried faxing, printing from a smartphone, or scanning to laptop yet. The ink the printer comes with was depleted rather quickly - the black ink cartridge needed to be replaced after printing only a few items - so be sure to get new ink right away after purchasing the printer. Print quality is very good for the price. The display screen on the top doesn't tilt up like my old printer's did, so you need to be standing right over the printer to read it. Overall, though, it seems to be a solid little printer.

Canon Pixma TR4520 review Feb 2021

I bought this printer on a budget as I now need to print more as I am working from home and can no longer use the work Printers. I wasn't concerned about speed (but the pages print out quickly enough for me) as I was mainly printing shipping returns, some work paperwork and general finance/tax info. My hobby is photography and I use a high pixel count professional camera and although the pictures I sell I get printed at a professional printers, I find that the color and B&W quality on professional print paper is very good and I have framed a few.
The printer was easy to setup and easy to connect to over the internet and I have 4 devices connected successfully (Laptop, IPad, iPhone and android phone) and all print successfully to the printer.
You do have to hold the button down for several seconds to get it to turn off, probably 5 + seconds, which is an abnormally long amount of time to turn off any machine.
It also has a small footprint and sits inconspicuously in my home office.
Overall very happy with the printing results for $99.00 and as I said the slow speed of printing is not an issue for me.

GOOD: compact; easy to connect, set up; quick on/off; adequate paper capacity; print is good; not overly noisy. This machine is used mostly for letter type printing. I have not done photos.
DRAWBACK: this machine is slow, but that is to be expected for the price. I prefer the inexpensive tortoise to the pricier hare.

Bought this to replace a 10 year old Canon all-in-one that was getting flaky about loading paper properly, and so far this has been great. Love the wireless connectivity so we can print from anywhere in the house, and being able to do two-sided printing was a surprise. Prints sharp, scanner works great, and setup was easy.

It works great. When I ordered I ordered extra ink to have as back up so I wouldn’t have to order any time soon. I will say the ink that came with the printer is about gone already. I printed only about 40 black and white pages and it’s about gone. But I am happy with it because we do not print often. I got this one because it has a fax just in case I ever needed to fax anything. But being someone who is in her 20’s and never owned a fax machine, I did not know that you needed a landline to use it. That is on me for not knowing. so I have not attempted to set that up or use that feature because who has a landline today and I am not interested in the online efax options. So I will be waiting to use that feature until I get a landline but other than it works great. Does the job and is easy to use.

Prints fast and well but ink runs out fast and I'm having to buy constant. Pretty simple to use and compact. Overall great printer.
