HAD APROBLEM GETTING IT INSTALLED. SCAMMERS WERE LOADED INTO MY SYSTEM WHEN I CONTACTED CANON. ALL IS WELL AS I CONTACTED THE FTC AND MY MONEY WAS REFUNDED. THE PRINTER WORKS FINE BUT THE INSTRUCTIONS WERE A BIT CONFUSING

It's a good every day printer. I like the scan capabilities and the auto feeder on top. I have had a few issues with the feeder jamming up when papers go in. Other than that, it's a good wireless printer that has held up well. I went through a lot of ink and had to buy cartridges quickly.

Printer works great have everything I need and easy to set up

Does a great job at printing single side, double side and black and white or color. Downside- printed less than 75 pages, mostly single side, and it tells me it’s low on ink. Not happy with the amount of ink used.

I could not get the cartridges ink, the cartridges ink that came with the printer got finished within few printings. I called to order the cartridges but unfortunately one of the customer services representative ordered the wrong cartridge for me. I am not happy cos I had the printer but I not get the cartridges ink. Apart from the cartridge ink, the printer work so good and easy to use, I could print from my phone and my laptop. I did call bestbuy customer service today again and the lady ordered a cartridge ink for me and said that one is compatible with my printer, so I hope it works.

Good home printer, great value. Will do nearly everything from print, copy, scan and fax which we don't use. The only thing I wish it would do is eprint from sending an email. The ink is mot as full as it is with other printers.

It works well, I have not had any issues. It would've received an excellent score but it only arrived with black ink without any color cartridge as mentioned in the description.

A handy equipment. It is relatively easy to use. A reliable printer.

Once I got the printer working (had issue with my security software blocking some printer software downloads) the printer worked fine.

I wanted an updated printer replacement. All the reviews for this product were very positive. The ink replacement was a reasonable price. Especially liked the two sided printing which is flawless. Easy to install and easy to use with cpu, smartphone or iPad.

I like the fact that it is a relatively inexpensive printer. I compare it to my previous Canon printer, pIxma mx722. The new one has just a single cartridge, so I can’t compare it to how much I have to change it. The print quality is fine for home use. The one thing I don’t like is that because of the small size, the paper sticks out when it needs to be inserted. I’d rather have the paper not be visible when not in use. So I print, then remove any excess paper.

Nice color deskjet. Prints well although it is slow. The speed printing is wonderful. It pauses between printing side 1 & side 2 so that side 1 has a moment to dry some. We aren't heavy printers so this is perfect. Super easy to print from my mobile device as well.

When I purchased a new computer with Windows 11, the software for my old Cannon MX410 would not load to my new computer. Being very happy with my old printer, I decided to upgrade to a new Cannon TR4720 and am very happy and enjoy that same Cannon quality with the newer model.
