Cheap, good print quality, and fairly simple to use. Annoying with the print subscription.

Is cheap! Printer & Scanner work for my occasinal use. Could not get to work till I spoke to Canon teck support. This was time consuming(ie diffacult). Best Buy teck support did not help.

Super easy to setup and works great! I like the size and how compact it is compared to my old Canon Pixma MP490.

The PIXMA TR4720 printer seems to work fine, but I am dismayed that paper loaded in the tray has to extend outward in a perpendiular manner during printing. Older comparable models (e.g., PIXMA 330) did not have that drawback, thereby conservating space when compared with this new one.

Too many errors and paper keeps getting jammed. The agent at the store was rude too

This printer was so easy to hook up and work and it works very good and the colors in it are very pretty no problem with printing

Love this printer. Just have to get used to it being cordless and sometimes goes offline. It straightens up though. Notifies you on the computer to fix it automatically.

It works great. There have been no issues printing. The pull out tray that holds the paper after it prints is a bit on the flimsy end, but it works. I like that it powers itself off and then it's a simple beep to tell you to hit the power button to print.

This printer is compact, quiet, and fast. I have had pixma printers for a long time and this is the nicest one yet.

This printer is pretty basic but thats what we wanted. Installed easily. Prints and scans great. The sales person kept trying to oversell. When it didn’t work he was dismissive. Wouldn’t even help me find a cable.

It's difficult to purchase electronics online without looking at and comparing actual printers in person. We west to Best Buy because they had the best selection of models to look at. Stock was very low except for some models but we were fortunate that our desired printer was in stock. Salespeople are knowledgeable and helpful. Easy checkout process. They price match and already have competitive prices so no real need to shop around. Also looked at appliances for an upcoming purchase. Best Buy is one of the few places where you can actually see what your buying!

So easy to set up. This printer has all the necessary functions for everyday life.
