I’m loving this printer so far! Super easy set up, worked right out of the box. The printing from my phone is so easy and the quality is decent. Great buy for a home office printer.

Printer is working fine and performance is better than expected

I have this model for a few years and never had a problem. I recently purchased another one for my parents.

4-in-one,has all the functions I need.Set up was not easy and no instructions came with the product in the box. Hours for tech support are limited now which is a change from before when the instruction booklet came in the box making it easier to set up my previous 4-in-1. I need the fax as well as the printer, scanner and copier.

It’s the best and it’s really useful if you want a cheap printer

It prints great. The problem is it disconnects from my laptop all the time. So I'm constantly having to reconnect it. It's a wireless printer. I was told they no longer have printers that connect via cord.

Great little machine. HOWEVER, it would have been beneficial to get an owner’s manual with it. Everything is on line!

Good product for the price!!! Print clear documents. Great for at home office use

Low ink capacity. In use for 2 weeks, black ink empty after 40 pages printed, color tank halfway gone, using grayscale print mode. Noisy. Not as compact as my old 5200, Auto shutoff means every time I print something I have to first restart the printer

We really make alot of use from our new Cannon printer. Since I am not 'techi' setting up took a little more time, however the results are a total perfection at work.

I like the copy machine… still get use to it and the price was not too bad

Great little scanner and copier. No issues as of May 2024. Prints well and scans to devices easily.

I like the printer. It has a small footprint (which I needed). The peope at Best Buy were great. They get five stars. I did not give the printer five stars because of HP service. The printer stopped working after I cancelled my ink subscription. The service was from HP was terrible. I ended up getting it to work myself by disregarding what he told me to do.

Bulky but has a lot of functions, easy to install, slow printing

It’s a little tricky getting started but once my Wi-Fi and phone connected, it’s been great! It’s not the fastest, but quality is good!

Overall this is great economic printer. Wireless setup was easy and connecting to all our devices was quick, we can print from anywhere in the house. The reason for 4 out of 5 stars…. its loud when printing in comparison to our last Cannon printer, and it turns it self off when not in use. So when you need to print. You need to go back the printer and turn the power back on.
