Best printer I have ever had. Easy set up and compact. Excellent addition to home office.

This print very easy setup. Easy to print from your lap top or phone

It is the right size and operates without issue. I would like to set is to stay on until I manually turn it off for remote printing.

The printer is quick to warm up and ready to print. The only downside is the paper tray is a bit clumsy. The price point is great and the printing comes out crisp and well satuated.

I have the original PIXMA TR8620 and have extensively used it for the past 10 tears. I've always been impressed by the Canon PIXMA TR8620. Unfortunately, the unit failed. I normally could have fixed it, but I am now disabled. I purchased the TR8620a and am more impressed by it. It hooked up exactly the same as the TR8620. Everything on the TR8620a works good! Best Buy having it on sale for $60 off retail was frosting on the cake.

A great economical printer, it's easy to use, faxes, scans, copies and it prints great pictures. I had the Geek Squad come and set it up which they did efficiently. My previous printer was an HP, was not pleased with the issues it had. Decided to switch from HP to Canon and I'm so glad I did.

I bought printer to replace an old canon that gave out. And this canon prints a beautiful picture. It's not the fastest printer but I have the time for that. For the price you can't go wrong.

I am enjoying this printer. The touchscreen is lets you easily navigate the settings, making it easy to use. The print quality is also very sharp with bold contrasts, and clear color resolution.

After having bought this printer for college, and using it even after It works. The canon software feels way less sketchy. I had a HP before and it felt like a trojen virus. Always telling me I am low on ink when I relaced the ink 3 days prior, and hasnt been used. Alsoxthe HP software requires the most insane privleges to use if you read the TOS. Also took over an hour to get set up. This cannon works right out of the box, and has done everything I need. As long as cannon dosnt betray me I think they got my brand loyalty.

Really good !!! Works quickly and very time efficient when having orders with edible images ! I’ve had it for over two years now I have not one complaint !!! Worth every penny !!

Easy to setup and the quality was pretty decent on it. Shipping was delayed but it was during the holidays.

Had this printer about a month and very satisfied so far (personal use). Relatively easy to set up (if you follow the directions). Compact size and affordable price. My prior Canon printer lasted about a decade and this printer was its current replacement.

I had a cannon Pixma 922 for 15 years and it was a dream. I use a IMAc as my computer. On the latest Apple operating system update neither Cannon or Apple would take ownership of providing a driver that would allow the scanner to work. I purchased the PIXMA Tr 8620a. It is a cheap quality product and it is a pain to put in the paper and use. As a functioning printer. copier, and scanner it works and that's the best I can say. I would never buy another one based upon the construction of the product. I would not want my companies name on a product built like this.

It pretty really well, and it's better than HP. HP is kinda annoying with Window, but canon work flawlessly with window. two side print is amazing. However, it hard to connect two devices at once it print good too.

I have no negatives to report on this product. Matter of fact, im surprised it didnt cost more! This printer handles printing documents with ease. The print speed is good and there are a host printing configurations to choose from. Where this printer excels is in the quality of photos is prints. It's studio quality! I love that i can send pictures to the printer from my cell phone and the print will be ready in seconds. Canon also has their app where you can make custom design or pick from many presets like making calendars, gift cards and many more. Setup was a breeze and its worth mentioning that the look of the printer is good. No one wants a bulky, old fashioned printer in their home. I'd highly recommend this product to any and everyone.

Very simple to set up. Wifi connection was a breeze too.

Printer has been working as expected for the first two months. Set up was very easy even for a non-technical person. Auto shut off feature saves a little money on electricity. Printer is fast and we are using it in wi-fi mode which works great. Print from all devices.

Best printer for the price. It does print on both sides and even has a fax. It isn't as nice as the previous Canon printer it replaced though. It doesn't have dual trays for printer paper and photo paper. It's also smaller in overall size.

The unit functions well. Printing is fast amd relatively quiet compared to earlier Canon models. Set up was pretty easy. I have not had any experience with the faxing and scanning functions yet. One drawback has been that there are times when the Wi-Fi connection fails and has to be redone. I do not know if that is because of the Wi-Fi or the printer. I may purchase a USB cable as a backup. Also having 5 ink cartridges is a little daunting.
