Salesperson told me it fed 100 pages. I specifically bought this - to scan my docs. so I could eliminate clutter. He knew what I was asking. However, it only does flatbed scanning. 1 measly page at a time. I had to return.

Did not meet my small font requirements. I was able to repair my much older go-to Canon Pixma color printer after I returned this machine. If I had not known the difference, this machine would still be with me.

Not great. Lots of cartridge issues. Ultimately got rid of it and went for a Brother laser printer. Do not recommend.

Does not connect well with phones. We have it hard wired to the computer. Wish we would have researched more before purchasing.

I'm not sure why we still keep it. This printer has so many problems. It always disconnects and cannot print anything. The only reason I got it, it can print on cd's. I'm just going to buy an hp printer. Never had an issue with it. Also, it requires like 7 different cartridges for ink. HP only had 2. One for RGB and the other for Black. To be honest, I don't see the difference in print quality.

The printer is slow and the scanning is even worst. Only 1.page at a time. HP printer much better.

The Canan pixma was difficult to set up and to use. Printing paper had to be inserted in the back for the 8 x 10 size. The color was dull and off compared to my hp printer. It also restricted the option to choose certain sizes as well as borderless - definately not photo or user friendly, returned it.

As soon as I purchased the printer and tried to set it up it proved to be complicated. The screen flashed error and to contact canon.

My fault I guess. Didn't realize it 45 different cartridges of ink. Pain in the butt to get it wirelessly set up. To much hassle.

Canon should not have put this on the market without a lighted display. It made it easy to hit the wrong button & foul up the job.

I am not happy with this printer. I don't like how paper is loaded. just too complicated for my liking. would not recommend

It quit working after only two years of light use.

Stopped working after 1and a half years. Junk don’t buy

I bought this printer for typical home/personal use. Within 3 months it was completely unusable. It worked well for about 2 months, then pages started jamming constantly. I followed all troubleshooting steps, to no avail. Also, it seems like once the printer thinks the ink cartridges are too low, it will completely stop trying to print. Steer clear.

I don’t recommend it. Very complicated to use and not user friendly

Usually has a hard time connecting to the computer via wifi. It prints very slow.

After < 1.5 years it is no longer able to be found or connected to by wifi, even though it is connected. Mobile phone app can't find it either. Scanner will still upload to google drive. Only way to print is upload document to drive and print from drive. Very frustrating

Very complicated to install and connection was never successful

was/is very difficult during setup. couldn't get it to work even with a cable, which is how I wanted it to work. got so frustrated with it I just set it aside. plan on trying to re-set it up. if that doesn't get it to work the way I want, with a cable connection to laptop I will be returning it
