A pain to use. Very cheaply made. Won’t feed paper from tray

This takes 6 cartridges, uses a lot. Like top feed

Had to return. Slow. Not productive. Small jobs ok

Made very light material. Paper feed is hard to use. Paper prints then rolls around carriage to come out. Dark print wipes off some when rolling. Print inconsistant. Disappointing.

Kinda worked of for a while and then began having paper jams whenever printing double sided. Software problematic as some print jobs would not print all the displayed image/text. Threw in trash after 6 mos.

This printer started out fine when I was printing out documents. When I started printing out photos.. lots of problems! The photos were all yellow. I took it back

I have to return it . Have had it less than 3 weeks and it is broken. Keeps saying paper jam even after removing paper!

I couldn't set this thing up. It also jams whenever I put a heavy card-stock paper inside for print. It's just sitting collecting dust in my house and I really want to throw it away in the trash.

Started out great. But less than a year in, the stupid thing gave me an Error 5011. This is a fatal error for most Canon printers and a fairly common one apparently after much research. Stay away.

I have bought canon products in the past this is the worst item I have ever purchased from canon.

I bought canon but it isn't working good. I had replacement but still has problem with printing and scanning. The customer service for canon is very poor.

Easy set up. Sets up connection using iPhone. And its easy enough to change to get a better signal. By working with an earlier TS 9000 series I figured out how to set the paper up in the cassette. Also seems to stay connected to the network. So far I have printed two photos and several documents. All look great.

Very VERRY lightly used this. 2 months not even a Rheem of paper in was out and printer gives an error... Big paper weight now

We got this printer last week and it is amazing! The pic print quality is perfect. The huge touchscreen shows ink levels and this printer will actually auto order ink in time when it gets low enough through Best Buy and I get free shipping and a discount. W canon print app I can take a pic anywhere in world on vacation and the printer will auto power and open and print it at home. Unreal. One best things u get stepping up from 6120 we got our kids. It prints effortlessly and super fast. Ink doesn’t even smear if you highlight stuff right out of printer which is awesome for home office work. Run and buy this printer. It’s anazing.

Very complicated too setup and use ink runs out quick I wouldn’t recommend it too my worst enemy

I brought it back and traded it for a HP Printer. The HP Envy Photo is a dream comparing to this printer.

This is one cheaply produced and cheaply functioning printer. Epson turned out to be better.

Poorly made - flimsy construction and parts. Internet connection difficult to maintain.

Constantly run out of ink. Worst printer I have ever had, and expensive.

Disappointed with performance overall. May still return it.
