This printer was easy to connect to my Mac laptop.

Printer is much better than my old canon printer. However, it feels cheap. The paper tray is probably the worst design. Also, it took me a while to install on my laptop. On the other hand, it was so easy to install it on my iPhone.

I read all the reviews before I purchased and it does print good photos but its not super user friendly which is a major downfall so I don't use it as much as I thought I would.

2 months in and am happy to report no real problems One item that I always need to check is before selecting print that the printer has been turned on for about 15 seconds. Otherwise you will get a message stating printer in not online.

My wife wanted this for the look of it, so I was initially skeptical. Thankfully, it is actually a really high quality printer. The only drawback is the printer paper capacity. Other than that, I can easily print items from my phone, laptop, or iPad straight to it, and the image quality is great too!

Printer does a lot, but haven't tried everything out as yet. Space size is great. Love the retractable tray. Miss the option of having the use of legal size paper, although these days many people only use letter and photo size paper.

I purchased this printer just for basic needs such as printing return labels when I need to send back things I buy online and it works perfect! I love the app that lets me print anything directly from my Apple devices!

Been using this printer for about a year and a half and haven't had any problems. Been working fine like the first day. Would recommend. Works perfectly with my wireless computer and cell phone.

Very good printer. Have had it for almost 2 years now and it hasn’t let me down. Love that it has the wireless feature. My kids and I have printed from our phones before. Very cool.

Most photos print and scan well enough, but older textured photos are a bit more of a problem and the scanner casts small shadows across the whole picture.

Don't be afraid of the 8 page set up booklet, just let your computer and the printer do all the work! Yes it does take some time but the wait is well worth it. Started printing from my iPhoneSE like a pro. the print outs are just what you expect from CANON

Worked well as a document printer, but the photo quality was not great. We had way better results getting prints at Walgreens. Ink was also expensive and ran out pretty quickly. Eventually all the prints started to get streaks on them that I couldn't get rid of with any trouble shooting so I returned it. I bought the Best Buy extended warranty (I always do) and was out of the return period but within the manufacturer warranty so I was given the option of returning for store credit or getting a new one through Canon. I opted for the store credit.

This printer has really done the trick for us as printing for home office and for school work. My only complaint is that the latch to open the printer to change the ink is a little wobbly.

i cannot get the tray back in. paper got caught in the machine .i finally got it oit. since then i can't use the machine. i need help. to try to figure out. how to get tray back in the machine

This printer for its size does a lot of things that am only beginning to find out about. Its very versatile and quick to respond. We have several computers connected and it has no problem responding to each laptop. Its a great upgrade from my last bulky machine.

Although there are 6 cartridges, won't be too costly since I do not print photos. The only con is when it is in sleep mode the paper tray and door do not close. It did hiccup a couple of times and all I had to do was turn it off on on and then it started printed.

I actually bought this printer because that was a less expensive option than replacing the ink in my HP. My expectations were low, but lo and behold, this unit is still functioning like new 16 months later. I am very pleased.

This is a great printer.....the scan functionality is not the best (the operation, not the results)....also, disappointed there was no FAX function....would that be under the "all-in-one" umbrella?

I was looking for something that could print great photos, but also function as a regular printer and scanner. I looked at dozens of models and finally settled on this one. I'm very pleased so far.

Great product and great customer service. Best Buy always has my order ready and speeds me through the process. I would recommend Best Buy for printers and printer needs. I indeed to buy my ink cartridges at Best Buy. Their prices are very good.
