Owned this printer for one year and six moths. It worked well for that time, but has now "died" with multiple error codes. Upon inspecting the printer for stray paper jams, a plastic part was discovered broken. It seems that the mechanical quality and reliability of this printer are very poor at best and it strongly recommended that it not be purchased.

Replaced a Canon printer, copier, scanner with this one. Works pretty good. Directions were not very easy to follow. Had to checkout a YouTube video to setup.

Nice Printer, but goes through ink very fast compared to previous printers I've owned. Ink is a little pricey.

Replaced this under warranty after 8 months... was outstanding up until the day it died.

It started out great but then quickly faded. Paper gets jammed all the time

worst printer I ever had. This Piece of s. got smashed against my sidewalk today after trying to connect my phone to it. Ink is very expensive and cartridges are very small. Also ink dries out when you don't use the printer. I will never buy ink printer again. Buying laser this time.

After a long and productive life, my HP printer finally gave up the ghost. Wanted to replace it with another HP printer, but Best Buy didn't carry replacement ink cartridges for the model I selected. After a long search by a sales rep, I was told that the cartridges were available on line and could be purchased at Office Depot. Subsequently I purchased a Canon printer. The printer was to be used wirelessly with my Mac. I couldn't get the HP printer to connect with my Airport wi-fi. I then called the Geek Squad for on line help. After spending some considerable time mucking around, they also couldn't get it to work. Their suggestion, get cables. Bottom line, Canon is not the printer for a MacBook Pro.

Cons - slow to actually start printing and doesn’t automatically turn on.

the one I got was defective and several online contacts with Canon haven't helped. I'm returning it to the store.

Color photos print okay. Interior seems more flimsy than my last Canon printer. Software is not intuitive.

I was able to connect with my phone tried doing the same with my brothers phone doesn't connect.

It worked for a while and printed out what I expected. Now I am very disappointed in this printer. It does not stay connected. Currently I can't use it because I can't get it connected to my computer. It will connect to my phone and print but currently none of the computers in my house will connect to it.

We found it very difficult to set up and the quality of the print is not what I had hoped it would be.

Purchased Epson V600 Scanner after researching and comparing others, online for the most part with the exception of one relative who is knowledgeable. The scanner from start up revealed a horizontal red line on the base of all scans. Tech support at Epson suggested reinstalling software. Done. Still same Horizontal Red Line. Reported to Epson. Was advised to return to them for repairs or replacement. Wanted my credit card information to provide a shipping label and then I would have to take the time to package and find a shipping location. Not much of a hassle if it was a Vintage Leica or Hasselblad but No Way for a defective New scanner. Did not. Returned to Best Buy who took back and ordered a new one for me which I picked up. Tried the new one out briefly and no more red line. Will spend some time When I have time to make sure their are no other bugs. Bottom line: Disapointed. If the new one has ANY bugs, No more Epson.

all in one printer for $65. not the best printer around but for that price you can't go wrong.

FOR THE PRICE IT ALRIGHT SOMETIMES YOU HAVE TO WAIT OVER TEN MINUTES FOR IT TO PRINT

better than HP printers..... BUT.... still a pain ... if you want to make a copy ... it will ask you to feed the rear paper and not the main cassette, cannon said to go to settings and change it... but it is false info... you cannot change it... ( look a the millions of complaints on the web ) other than that..... works

Canon - PIXMA TS9120 Not Happy. The first one I bought took it home powered it up and had a fatal error message, I exchanged it for the same model and the print head failed 3 months after canons warranty expired. luckily I bought a extended warranty on that one.
